A badly located motel, old equipment, small room size, but the front desk is very welcoming, not like France

Requested no stair access to the room when booking, was still given first floor. Sink in room cracked looked like it was about to fall off, reported to reception as I didn’t want them to think I’d done it and they said don’t worry about it. Bed was comfy and room clean overall okay for an overnight stop

Staff and breakfast were very good, the room was ok.

Over 20 years Campanile has been our favourite budget hotel chain. Good locations for overnight stops. Basic but satisfactory facilities. However the main reason was it had the best food of any budget chain: starter was always a big buffet spread of hors d'oeuvre, a good value fixed price menu, a chef's special chosen and executed by the resident cook, and a short a la carte that always included a decent steak frîtes. Alas only the fixed price remains. Decent but very limited. The hors d'oeuvre table is still there but sadly empty. The food is now dictated by accountants!

A very Very old Campanile, without much around. But clean, it needs a lot on maintenance or better a full refurbishment. We used the restaurant, and the staff excelled, I think it was the manager that spoke English, it was a limited menu, due to being 2/1/23, so no buffet, but food was Ok. It is a little bit out of the way although near the motorway. We would stop again.

Far from most of Perpignan, but very nice and friendly!

Excellent for a stopover with our 2 dogs. Safe enclosed parking. Good value for money.

Ideal stop over on our journey to Spain, staff friendly but rooms need a little tlc

Our usual hotel was fully booked, but we always got good value at Campanile before, so we gave this one a try. Totally not disappointed! Rooms are getting on a bit, but they're clean and well maintained, and we slept well, despite some noisy neighbours clattering around. Food at the restaurant was excellent, home-cooked and delivered with gusto and passion by Valerie, who was replacing the chef, off on holiday. Not only does she cook like an angel, but she was full of humour and zest. The service and reception was delightful, the prices more than reasonable, and the sanitary protocols were perfectly respected. Parking is secure, gates are closed at night, and noise (apart from our neighbours at 01h00, well, until a rugbyman sleeping in the downstairs room suggested they "shut up a bit"...) was perfectly acceptable. We'll definitely be back, and Valerie and Lydie deserve a raise! Breakfast was good and the access to major routes up to the rest of France or down to Spain are easy to access.

We weren't expecting much given previous reviews and the price but it was worse than anticipated. The entire place needs a good coat of paint and the green outdoor carpeting on the 1st floor was disgusting. Typical shoddy French construction. Having said that the bedroom and bathroom were clean. Definitely not a 3-star!

A fuir depuis quel la direction a décidé de tout changé!Je viens depuis 10ans ici!A ma grande surprise la direction a décidé de ne plus faire de restaurant mais juste du snacking!Tout devient vétuste au fil des années!Messieurs…Vous avez du être nombreux pour prendre cette décision en pensant à votre rentabilité !Résultat…Vous allez perdre de nombreux clients habitués qui ne reviendront plus et j en fait parti à mon plus grand regret!Le personnel est fantastique, le cuisinier (chef) très pro et gentil….Vous allez tout perdre.Encore une fois..fuyez cet endroit et bravo aux dirigeants….Rentabilité ne rhyme pas avec médiocrité…A bon entendeur…Bon courage au personnel mais merci à vous pour m avoir fidéliser pendant 10ans….
