Petra Boutique Hotel

Very modern hotel with super-friendly and helpful staff. Disappointingly, we had a problem with taking early morning showers when the water was not hot at all. Very efficient AC unit and the bed was comfortable. It was OK later in the morning. I don't think we were successful in communicating with them that we believed it to be a TIMING issue (ie it only happened early in the morning). Our travelling companions in a nearby room had the same problem during their stay. Everything else was fine here, but their inability to solve the issue was not what we expected.

This place is a fantastic choice for travelers seeking a combination of excellent location, top-notch hospitality, delicious food, and pristine accommodations. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay!

Very nice and clean. Good food. Clean rooms. Three minutes walk from petra highly recommended. Our stay was really comfortable. Staff was very courteous. Washrooms were clean.we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is small and beautiful decor. Breakfast area is very nice we enjoyed the scenery

Called in for dinner, the staff were very welcoming and they have breathtaking views from the restaurant. The food was absolutely superb, beautifully presented and delicious. They explained the dishes and met my need for a vegetarian option. Highly recommended and we would definitely be back if staying longer. We may even return for breakfast tomorrow.

Our 3 night stay at Petra Boutique was superb. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. We were particularly impressed with the restaurant, both at breakfast and evening meal. We could not fault the food or service (thank you also for the birthday cake 😊). The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. An added bonus is the hotel's location being just a few minutes' walk from the entrance into Petra. Three days is a perfect length of time for visiting this ancient city. It is a huge site with lots to explore beyond the Treasury. Petra Boutique was a great place to relax after a full day of sightseeing. Thank you for your hospitality.

We were contemplating between the bigger and established Petra Moon or this and we are glad we went ahead with Petra Boutique. Our stay at this hotel has been perfect after missing a connecting flight and arriving late at night. Hashem at the reception was delightful, he added a free dinner to our booking. He also helped us with Petra by Night tickets and information. The restaurant on the terrace was great. Mitchie served us during breakfast and was really good. The breakfast spread was sumptuous.The dinner staff was also not bad at all. The minibar was free with extra water and a couple of soft drinks. The toiletries were good. The bath robes and slippers included. Everything was new, modern and clean, with hi-tech switches, mirrors, triple layer doors to cut out the noise and cold? Every minor thing is well though out at this hotel. The location was a perfect 200m from Petra Visitor Centre, multiple restaurants and supermarkets.They let us store our luggage after check-out until evening and the staff at checkout are also very approachable. Loved this hotel and staff. Couldn't have stayed at a better hotel in Petra.

Very good and a quality hotel near Petra. I stayed here with my friend and found the hotel and it's facilities very good. Hotel is a stone throw away from Petra visitor centre. Rooms are spacious and have all the facilities that you need. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again.

The war in Gaza has greatly impacted tourism in Jordan. Normally all of the hotels in Petra would be filled and thousands visiting the famed Petra. They only have 10% of the normal amount of tourists now. We feel sad for the businesses that rely on tourism. The time to visit Jordan is now. This is their high season and they now call it the dead season. Tragic. All of the restaurants, attractions, and hotels were ghost towns. This hotel went out of their way to make us feel so welcome. The rooms are wonderful and the views from the breakfast area at the top of the hotel stunning. Chef Hussam and our waitress Mitchie, at breakfast were wonderful. They went out of their way to provide us the kind of hospitality you would expect at a 5 star hotel. When visiting Petra please stay here. It is a short walking distance to the entrance to Petra.

Everything was perfect. They serve amazing national dishes. Ahmad was very hospitable and professional. We ordered mansaf, fettuccini, tuna sandwich, chicken sawami. All dishes were delicious! I can definitely recommend this place!
