Very nice, clean, comfortable hotel. Staff at the front desk was friendly and speaks good English. Right next to the train station, so very convenient if arriving on a late train. Glad I stayed here!!

Really nice hotel right next to railway station. With friendly staff we found ourselves more than a welcome.
The room was cousy with superior lining and a really dark curtain. We slept really well.
And the breakfast gave a great energy for the following day

Номер "полулюкс" с выходом на вокзал - что-то. Бессонные ночи, постоянно наэлектризованная кровать от платформы с ЛЭПом. Сейф в номере сломанный, только после третьего прихода инженера догадались заменить сейф, так как замок глючил. Менеджер на рецепции, паренек, вел себя крайне хамовато. Мало того, что отказался рано заселить ( в мой предыдущий приезд мне предоставили комнату сразу), так еще и когда вернулся из магазина с сумками продуктов, отказывался вызвать доставщика чемоданов, мол, нет такой услуги. Видите ли, в 4-звездочном отеле в номере полулюкс нельзя получить такую "эксклюзивную" услугу как доставка багажа до номера. Типа клиент, отдающий 7000 за сутки, еще прождавший 4 часа до заселения, сам должен тащить чемодан и гору мешков наверх. Только после вмешательства старшего менеджера он позвал носильщика, причем с таким видом, как будто я брал у него 5000 баксов взаймы. Стыд и позор для такого тихого и уютного города как Петрозаводск.

Буду краток, только факты: полулюкс (524 номер за 10 т.р. в сутки) - окна выходят на кровлю (крышу), шум от дороги и ж/д вокзала ужасный! Менее чем в 150 метрах ж/д пути, окна не открываются (ручка вообще под потолком почему-то), шторы из полиэтилена (как для ванной), одеяло не по размеру пододеяльника, подушка огромнейшая (утром привет шее), ни одна дверь в номере не закрывается (в ванну и туалет), при этом в спальню отсутствует вовсе. Ни одного крючка для одежды или полотенец в ванной. Пластиковые красные столы (как в советских кофешках), ну и изюминка это термошов здания проходящий через премиальный номер (см. фото).

В номерах в окнах огромные щели, при -22 гр на улице, отель даже из не заклеивает и селит гостей. В номерах нереально холодно. На жалобы не отвечают, делают вид, что чинят окна, чтобы не переселять в другой номер. Жили на новогодних праздниках, уехали с испорченным настроением. Не рекомендую этот отель.

Любимая гостиница в Петрозаводске, полностью оправдывает свои 4 звёздочки. Чистая, красивая, со свежим ремонтом. Для меня там всё идеально: зимой в номере полы в душевой были с подогревом, что очень приятно, большие кровати, удобные матрацы, чистое не застиранное бельё, удобное освещение, прекрасный интернет без перебоев. В ресторане достойная кухня и очень вкусное пиво. Шведский стол вполне разнообразный, несколько горячих блюд на выбор, хороший кофе. К новому году было замечательное оформление ёлочками и супер фото зона у ресепшн. Вежливый персонал. Молодцы!
