Trong quá trình nhận phòng mình có nhận thấy công năng phòng không đúng như booking trên Traveloka. Nên có ra lễ tân hỏi. Lễ tân xử lí bằng cách kêu mình liên hệ với Traveloka để giải quyết nếu Traveloka liên hệ đồng ý thì mình sẽ được đổi phòng. KHÔNG DỪNG LẠI Ở ĐÓ TRONG QUÁ TRÌNH MÌNH ĐANG ĐỨNG GIẢI QUYẾT VỚI LỄ TÂN CASE CỦA MÌNH thì HAI NHÂN VIÊN BẢO VỆ CỦA CHỖ NÀY CỰ CẢI ĐÁNH NHAU TRONG ĐÓ MỘT NGƯỜI CÓ DẤU HIỆU SAY XỈN KHÔNG TỈNH TÁO VÀ MÌNH NHẬN THẤY NHÂN VIÊN BẢO VỆ SAY XỈN ĐÁNH NHAU ĐÓ TIẾP NHẬN LỊCH TRỰC CA TỐI LÀ TỐI NAY TỤI MÌNH Ở! Làm gì có một cái dịch vụ nghỉ dưỡng nào mà có thái độ xử lý nói chuyện với khách hàng với cái thái độ và hành xử đó!!!! RẤT RẤT TỆ TỆ !!!!! Làm ơn bớt review tốt đẹp chỗ này lại. Trong vòng 1 tháng 2 3 review về thái độ của anh chủ ở Sài Gòn mà không manage được dịch vụ và nhân viên. Kinh khủng!
