This is a great hotel. Very clean, great location and friendly staff

Front Desk very professional , hotel clean

Would not stay at this Hotel again. location and staff are good. Lobby is pretty. Hallway, elevator and room need much improvement. Hallway floors and elevator were dirty. Room sink clogged, toilet did not flush properly, dead bug on the ceiling, stains on all over the carpet, stains on the bathroom wall, stains in the window ceil, hair in the tub and on bathroom wall and door, and towels were ripped. Unfortunately, this hotel gets an “F” for cleanliness. Very disappointing. This is the first negative review I have ever given a hotel.

Amazing place! Would stay again. Very central location and everyone was incredibly nice and it was overall a very comfortable trip. Lots of good food and drink around!

Stayed this weekend and there was a bullet casing on the floor of our room! We notice it in the morning and immediately told the front desk. We went in person and told them discreetly so as not to upset anyone else in the lobby. Manager said sorry and they would send someone to retrieve it from the floor. Are they cleaning these rooms?!? Plus, it was a bullet casing not like a hair tie left behind... seriously, a bullet casing, glowing gold, right outside the bathroom on the carpet. How do you miss this? Front desk did nothing either not a percentage off, not a free breakfast, nothing! The manager literally said sorry and that was it. How clean can this place be if they missed a bullet casing on the floor? Also, once a guest finds something like that, to do nothing to make up for it ?!? Terrible. Won't be back.

Was turned away at the door even tho I paid I need a refund

The electric plugs next to the bed are all broken, and charging is very inconvenient, so it can only be charged next to the TV cabinet. The facilities are a bit old, although the staff service is OK.

The location of the hotel is good, the room is spacious, and the waiter cleans it every day. I think the best part of the hotel is the self-service washing machine. This is the first time I have encountered it in a hotel. It really solves the trouble of not being able to wash clothes when staying in a hotel

Clean and convenient. There are a lot of shopping in nearby restaurants. I booked a room early in the morning and showed the order to the hotel, but the hotel said they didn't receive it and refused to let me stay. They refused to actively call the reservation department to solve it. We can only pretend to be ourselves. Paid solution, poor service.

The Warwick hotel is way over rated!! Rooms are ran down at less my room.. I thought I was going to some classy historical hotel but it ran down.. waste of money

Hello all, I pride myself on displaying authentic reviews to allow others to make the best choice possible. With that said let’s begin. My stay at the Warwick was, in my opinion, great but not excellent. I stayed two nights. The curb appeal and lobby area was very attractive. The front desk person during arrival was friendly but wasn't welcoming if that make sense. The room was beautiful and clean but did not stand out from other hotels I have stayed but I also only paid 300 dollars for 2 nights in center city Philadelphia. I would recommend this hotel to travelers who don’t wanna break the bank but have a decent hotel to stay at. I do want say they hotel person who checked me out of the hotel push the overall experience to a 5 star rating with short, witty and professional humor.

We were unexpectedly upgraded to a suite in this wonderful gem of a hotel, which was very sweet, indeed!

The location is great and staff are friendly and helpful. However, this hotel does not honor VIP access. We were told a room upgrade wasn't available because the hotel was full, even though rooms were still available both through ******* and the hotel website.
