Excellent hotel and walkable to any locations! Excellent staff at the reception to welcome you, notably: Mr. Chancie, Sam and ms. Ashley we dealt with are outstanding! Rooms very clean and well maintained during your stay! Elevators at your fingertips simply a no fasse great experience hotel! Our second stay and any future returns! Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Great location by all the historic sites. Loved the Chalet decor and all the efforts to provide this wintry environment. The wine happy hour was fun too!

We picked this hotel for the location that was great but from there on it was down hill. The Place is very tired and run down, on the up side the greeting was good and friendly. The room was dated with very strange color scheme but for one night we could live with it. The bathroom was clean and the shower looked ok (we never used it)The following morning after we got up my wife spotted a BUG on the bed. I tried calling the front desk but the room phone was not working so I went down to reception asked them to send somebody up to the room after explaining the problem. After a while somebody from housekeeping arrived and spent the next ten minutes comparing our BUG to pictures of bed bugs on her phone ,at this point my wife was on her way out. We had pre paid for breakfast so decided to go to the restaurant on the way out, we were asked if we had reservations we said no and where told it would be 35 minutes. We where never told at checkin we needed reservations for breakfast at this point we just left. I have tried to up load pictures of the bug but was unable.

We enjoyed our stay.. Everything in our room was so well put together. We will be booking again very soon. The hotel bar/ lounge was also amazing .. the bartenders were 🔥 lit.

The room was filthy. The curtains were covered in large stains. The desk had a large burn mark on it. The carpet was freyed. The headboard smashed in the corner. The mattress was concaved in the center. Anytime I went onto the bed the frame would crack badly & I weigh 120pnds. The water was non existent in the sink. The chair fabric was destroyed. I could not sleep due to the mattress. When my valet finally returned my car, both drivers and passenger seats were pushed all the way back, the interior a mess and my phone charger always plugged into the main usb in the console was thrown in the back seat. Clearly two individuals were in my car as scuff marks were on the passengers dash panel and I had just gotten the car serviced and cleaned the day prior. The shampoo was nearly empty and a used washcloth was shoved under the conditioner bottle. Spending the money I did for a corner king room I expected the state of the room to be acceptable at a minimum.

The service provided by hotel staff was good. However, a few things to be aware of: the valet took it upon himself to completely rearrange my driver seat, even the steering wheel height! Change all my stereo settings and reset my heads up display? Also, the $75 hold on your credit card for incidentals, while high, is not as bad as the fact that they hold your money for nearly a month. It’s been 25 days and it still hasn’t been released. The rooms are in bad shape and haven’t been maintained or upgraded in at least a decade. For the nightly price in a moderate neighborhood I’d expect much much more.

NO HOT WATER, despite asking four times to get it fixed. No offer to change rooms, and only a minor $50 deduction on room charge after I asked for consideration. Will not stay here again.

Great service and comfortable rooms. We came back during the evening and our room had a weird odor coming from the vent and they were able to switch us right away into the same room on another floor very seamlessly!
