The hotel I booked for a friend on a business trip is very close to the airport, just over ten minutes away. The room is clean and tidy, not noisy, making people feel very comfortable and relaxed. The customer service Manager Cao is very serious about his service. The supporting facilities around the hotel are quite complete, there are banks and Jinbaocheng supermarkets, and it is very convenient to buy daily necessities. Meals are also available at the hotel. First of all, the hotel's rooms are very affordable, more reasonable than hotels of the same level, and the price is very reasonable. Despite the affordable price of the rooms, the hotel still provides first-class service and comfortable accommodation experience. I was very surprised because I thought I had to pay a higher price to enjoy such facilities and services. Secondly, the hotel environment is very comfortable. From the moment I entered the lobby, I felt comfortable and relaxed. The lighting and music in the lobby were very soft and relaxed. At this hotel I didn’t feel any pressure or tension, I just felt comfortable and relaxed. At the same time, the hotel facilities are very modern and easy to use. Location is near Aeon Sen Sok, the tuktuk grab was within 7k trip was maybe 13~15 min. Near to the airport as well, also around 15-20 min. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and able to communicate well in English. Didn’t explore around but there seems to be cafe nearby I didn’t walk cause I didn’t want to be in the heat and didn’t have much time. So I took a tuktuk within 10 min away to have brunch. Also recommended for people who goes there to attend concert/event at Aeon Sen Sok. There’s more food option at Aeon. Toilet was spacious, clean and came with sufficient toiletries. Hairdryer available. Water was hot although pressure was not very strong. It was alright. I was at second floor. Bottled water was provided for free, other snacks/drinks are chargeable but I think the price is reasonable. Elevator is available so no worries about the luggage. Room is spacious too! Bed was clean and comfortable. The location seems to be around some residential area. Please note that there’s a rooster that will be very loud in the morning 😅 I can sleep through it. There’s also questionable loud noise during midnight for the two nights i was there that I can’t tell what it was. But other than that, all was perfect.

The room and pool are quite clean for such an old property. However we enjoyed the pool, view from there and a good air inside the room, the shower was working. Colonial style, old buid house with minimum updates. There is a small gym by the pool, no people anywhere. There are showers and toilets by the pool. All very clean. There is no restaurant, no breakfast, no food in the fridge. No walking possibility outside - just chaotic traffic and bad surroundings. You need to order a taxi to get some food and drink. The entrance to the hotel is dirty and the fence is not opening. No cars can bring you right to the entrance. There is no real reception and assistance. Just like if you rent an apartment. Old, shabby, dark, dusty, smelly. The light and some facilities were broken. I felt myself like living in a very cheap option. Probably they wrote positive reviews themselves.

I had a room facing the street and it was noisy from time to time with honking cars. There was no shower curtain so the bathroom gets very messy after a shower. Both times the staff were nice and spoke English well. I didn’t have the breakfast because, if the room is that infested, I’m not eager to try to kitchen if you know what I mean.

Arriving at Phnom Penh Airport at 2pm, I contacted the hotel in advance to arrange a free pick-up, which was very good. The hotel is about three kilometers from the airport, and it only takes ten minutes to get there. The hotel room is very large and has a balcony. There is a garden, parking lot, and swimming pool at the back. Unfortunately, the swimming pool is broken and is under repair and cannot be used. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with it. It's cost-effective and worth recommending!
