This one was cheaper and the room photos looked good, so I booked it. The room is consistent with the picture. In addition to normal facilities, it has a large refrigerator, kitchen, and internal and external balconies. The outer balcony is average. Although there are tables and chairs, it faces the air conditioner and the air is very hot. But you can hang some swimsuits and towels outside and they will dry quickly. There is a sofa about 1.7*1 on the inner balcony. Can be used as a bed. It's not bad to lie down and rest without being blown by the air conditioner. The hotel's location is relatively quiet, with massages, restaurants, convenience stores, and laundries nearby. But a little far from the beach. Although the straight-line distance is very close, only about 400 meters, it is blocked by the building facing the beach and can only be detoured. The detour is about 1.7 kilometers from the top and 1.4 kilometers from the bottom. But because it is very quiet, it is suitable to lie down in the rooftop swimming pool at night and watch the stars. Very laid back. Hotel services are average. It seems that the operating model is owner-rented hosting. There is no front desk or other staff on the first floor. Check-in requires check-in during normal business hours. Please contact us by phone or chat app before you go and a staff member will contact you. For hotel cleaning, you need to wait in the room in the morning. When the waiter knocks on the door and opens the door for him in the room, he will clean you and change towels. There is no cleaning service if you go out. We stayed at the hotel for 4 days and only rested in the hotel in the morning on the third day, only then did we find out that this service was available. Finally there is the issue of deposits and additional charges. When I first contacted me, I was told that I needed to pay a cleaning fee of 800 baht. Before checking in, I was told that I also needed to pay the electricity bill based on the actual power consumption, so I paid 3k baht. But on the last day, neither fee was charged, and the entire deposit was refunded. Overall very affordable. If going to the beach is just part of the itinerary, then it's not a big deal. But if you plan to only go to the beach, it will be troublesome to keep going back and forth to the hotel.

The front desk is very slow to reply to messages, and they usually reply the next day or not at all. The electricity bill was 30 kilowatt-hours for three days. I turned off the power and air conditioner when I went out during the day, and only used the electricity when I went to bed at night. It was really outrageous. When I checked out, I was charged an extra two thousand baht, plus the room fee. I was really advised not to leave the apartment in this environment, it was super worth it!

Nice condotel, bright, clean rooms, there is a kitchen. The building has a small gym and a swimming pool on the roof. The location is good, almost in the center of Kata.
