Very close to main street of Patong Good location And very kind people

Location is good

Very tiny rooms. No windows there’s why bed smell. No elevator and stares very narrow. The bathroom big and everything needs inside.

You have to self check in so no one is in lobby to help you. We could not check in so we got another hotel. No refund. The area around the hotel is dirty.

I stayed one one night for the party in bangla. Pretty good area and clean room. The room is cheap as well!

I deliberately booked a room with a window and a balcony, but the room I was assigned was a windowless room. I talked to the staff and they told me to contact Trip.com ^^ I contacted Trip.com and they asked me for an answer as I was told that I had been upgraded to a room which neither the staff nor I had ever heard of, so I got even more upset hahahahaha The difference in the accommodation fee was almost 20,000 won, but I was tired of fighting so it was only about 10,000 won. I got a refund. It was my first accommodation of a long-term trip, and it was really... the worst^^ It was already depressing, but it was even more depressing because there were no windows. The staff were still friendly. However, the problem is that there is no reception and it is not staffed 24 hours a day.... Also, since I was given a room on the first floor, it was very noisy. A motorcycle comes to pick up a delivery at a nearby restaurant, and the building next door is under construction every morning. A place where you can't help but go every day. You can hear everything when guests talk in the hallway. If I had to find something good about this crappy accommodation, it would be the friendliness of the staff. I can't see bugs. Close to Jeongsilon. Close to smart bus stop (PEA patong). I recommend it to anyone who sleeps well anywhere.

The location is considered near the tourist attraction, but the hotel is in a nook and cranny, quite difficult to find. Staff and the people I talked on the phone were friendly and open to us leaving our bags, ended up checking earlier which was very convenient for us, bd is very very comfortable for asian standard hard beds, this one was soft, just great, everything very clean and functional, the only thing we found a bit weird was that our bedroom was the one just next to the admin office on the ground floor and so all the sheets piled to go to laundry and equipement were park outside our door and other guests bags that couldn’t checking early as well. I guess that was the only room ready and that didn’t bother us that much, we were much happier to be able to check in early. The place is great and has good location as well.
