It felt really clean. I recommend it haha.

It was really enjoyable and lots to do. There's a gym and pool to spend your time when your not busy! Also parking is very easy and there is lots of restaurants near by to enjoy. I'd recommend! 👍

We stayed for an sport event. The rooms are very comfortable, everything looks clean and fresh.

Staff were wonderful, but the wall in the room was very thin. I could hear the man in the room next to mine talking above my television. I could even hear the words he was speaking.

Centric location, spacious rooms, convenient parking, pet friendly, well maintained landscape.

Couldn’t check in until after the Mizzou game because they didn’t have anybody’s rooms ready. Long line of unhappy customers

We had another great stay at this hotel. Have stayed many times and will continue to do so.

The property is a bit worn - it looked much nicer on the Internet, but we can live with that. The TV needs to be replaced, the bathroom has no fan, and the elevator was slow to arrive (often several minutes). Our main complaint is that our keys didn’t work at least once a day. On about the fifth incident, they asked if we were keeping our key next to our phone. It seriously took them that long to let us know that our phone could be demagnetizing our key. Wow - very poor training. Additionally, we asked the front desk for more toilet paper, towels, and coffee for our room. It wasn’t delivered by the end of the day, so we asked again and finally got it. The cleaning and custodial staff were friendly and competent - the front desk staff needs some work. For the price of the room, we really expected top notch facilities and customer service. Disappointed. Will not recommend or stay at a Holiday Inn ever again.

Check in process was very slow. Carpeted areas in the room were dirty and dusty. Shower/tub was slow to drain had to stand in the water. Bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work so it was steamy.

Our room did not have a curtain. As a result, we had bright lights shining in the room all night. Restful sleep was impossible When bringing attention to staff at checkout, was basically blown off. Have stayed here previously without issue. But attitude of staff on this visit is a no-go for me. Honestly can’t believe they rent rooms without curtains and ability to block out light.

It was just ok. Nothing remarkable except the desk chair almost flipped me over backwards when I sat down. I did report it.

I reserved this hotel and went to check in, they said I reserved the wrong night so the guy said he corrected it and switched to the correct night. So I paid him and he said I would get a refund for the first reservation. Here we are 1 week later and no refund and orbitz is asking how my stay was.

Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean but a little dated. Room was comfortable.

There were toe mail clippings on our floor when we arrived so to me the floor was not vacuumed between customers and the air even set at very low did not keep the room consistently cool so was hot and cold all night so did not sleep well.
