Asking for permission to use the service here for the first time is not very impressed!!!!!

1) We reserved a room for 2 days. Already slept for 1 night, left the stuff in the room and went out and came back in late. In conclusion, the room has already been used by other people. #Which room is the room where we sleep and the stuff is still in there.
And came to say that we did not inform the housekeeper that he had been here for 2 days
Normally, the resort must have customer information on how many days of stay. It's important to note
Forgive me 1 = There is still room left at 1 room. Has moved to a new room, but the items in the old room are not yet (But assuming that there is no room available at all, what will you do?)
2) Cleaning is not clean, there are full of insects in the room. (This is gathered together to see)
3) The tissues do not change to be the old ones of the last room users.
4) The water heater cannot be used.
5) There is no air conditioner remote to adjust.
