Did not get room cleaned or sheets changed during our 3 noight stay. Got clean towels on 2nd day & was ok with no cleaning but expected room to be cleaned, beds changed &

Property was very dated. Room was dirty. The bed sank so far in the middle it was like you were sleeping on the floor. Walls were paper thin. You could hear the conversation next door like they were in the room with you.

Room was in bad repair. Ceiling access panel was falling down.Furniture press board was swelling. Construction/remodel going on in the next room during the day. Stay was not restful…

Saw two roaches within the first five minutes of unloading all our things into the room. Moved us to a different room it was cleaner but overall it left a bitter taste in my mouth. Limited options for breakfast and road traffic in front of the hotel was very noisy.

I was staying at several La Quinta on my road through Florida. Not anymore. They have been cancelled. Specifically picked here to use laundry facilities. When checking in I asked about laundry service's and was directed where and how to use the digital washers. Loaded the machines with soap and than found out washers were disconnected. No out-of order sign as well. Only had nightgown on, all clothes in washer full of soap. Motel would not help me out, directed me to go to laundry mat in my nightgown . Under the circumstance's with clothes full of soap would not allow me to use industrial washer machine. There mistake, and was told laundry facilities is a service they offered, don’t have to provide it. So beware. You might think you’re getting breakfast, however this is also service as well. Hotel would not help me out and they messed up. Absolutely no respect for their paying customers. Manager would only text staff about situation and would not talk to me . Never again will I stay at this chain again. Do not recommend

The staff was very rude and inconsiderate when I informed them (Santiago) of the expired milk I was given at the complimentary breakfast that they offer.
The employee staff member had no remorse, didn’t even apologize. Just thanked me for informing him. Didn’t offer to replace spoiled milk from 02/25/2024 or compensate in anyway.

So they remodel everything was new but it was missing a microwave and mini fridge. Bed headboard broke but the staff came quickly to fix it. Breakfast was ok lots of choices but mostly microwave or toaster products nothing freshly made, that was a little disappointing. Overall for the price it was a good stay.
