訂的套票，動物園門票，水上樂園票，還有雙床房，前台小姐姐給免費升級了觀虎房。
是本人目前為止，住過的最大的酒店，前台大廳很漂亮，魚，鳥都有。
房間很舒服，洗手間裏面洗漱台，洗浴間，馬桶，浴缸都是隔開的，很大。
餐廳也非常大，可以看到老虎，早餐餐點非常多，非常豐富。

酒店房間還可以，水上樂園比較小，動物園無力吐槽，進門口查包跟查小偷一樣嚴格，生怕人家帶東西進去不在園內消費，進去以後整個動物園跟養殖場一樣，沒見到過有人打理，老虎獅子餓得皮包骨頭，大象身上全是泥，沒人幫洗澡，樹葉動物糞便到處都是，氣味難聞。除了門口檢查包的跟裏面小賣部賣東西的沒見過有其他工作人員。體驗剛非常不好。

該酒店優點是酒店內有老虎可以觀看，小朋友喜歡，酒店離水上樂園和動物大世界樂園都近，步行過去衹需幾分鐘就可以到達。缺點是酒店設施有點舊了，味道有點重，另外，服務工作人員的服務不到位，因為入住人很多，所以其服務質量就有所下降了，免費自助早餐真沒有什麼吃的，菜品單一，服務不到位，吃飯人太多了，都在爭搶食物，食物和餐具都供應不上來，沒有食物可以食用和餐具使用。大部分食客都是一次要多多的，最後剩餘很多，浪費食物，其他食客又沒有吃。自助晚餐也是一樣。如果可以建議大家在外面吃較好，或開個包廂單獨點菜。

配套服務差勁，下午5:30辦理入住，以為已經夠晚了，誰知居然説還沒搞好衞生，要等，衹好選擇換房，晚上自助餐廳也沒什麼可吃的，人也超多，要搶才有點吃，想去中餐廳點菜吧又不營業，附近又沒有什麼好吃的地方，開車去縣城又有點遠，關鍵還堵。第二天早上9點下樓吃早餐，已被搶光光，連白粥、水之類的都供應不上，食物台上每一個都是空盤子，啥也沒有，稍微上一盤東西就遭到哄搶，瞬間搶完😂，簡直像戰場，就連等個煎蛋都有30來個人在排隊😂，座位也沒有，端着搶到的2塊麪包到處轉了好久。12點打電話問客服能否延遲退房，回覆不能，我就奇了怪了，我下午5:30要住你説沒搞好衞生要等，那憑什麼我要延遲退房你又不給，我付的是一天的房費。
