The service was very good during the stay, but the reply on the platform was slow when booking. After the order was confirmed, the customer service was informed on WeChat. I arrived at the hotel reception in the evening and told me that the room I had booked was not available. Why did no one inform me of this problem during the more than ten hours since I arrived at the hotel at night. I clearly told the customer service in WeChat that the room was changed because of the bed person. The customer service said that there is no room to upgrade the double room for free. I actually only care about the size of the bed. She told me 1.8 meters. Well, as long as the bed is big enough, I won't worry about other things. Entering the guest room, the living room of the room is large and shared by people who do not know each other. The key is that the bedroom is only the size of a hotel, and the bed is really 1.5 meters, so what do I do if I add money to change the room? The key is that I think it is possible to communicate with me for such a long time if I do not have a room booked or to honestly tell me the situation of the room. Because I didn’t want to be unhappy when I came out with my children, but there were deceptive behaviors, which was very dishonest!

I stayed at this hotel on the evening of May 1st. I had a very good impression of them. I thought it was a hotel like a paradise, with good conditions, good environment and close to the sky. However, I went at 10:00 on May 2 I visited Tianyan and took three photos. I called many times to ask for photos, but they all said that they would reply and send me the photos for me. It has been almost a month now, and I neither reply nor know the photos. where is it? I just ignore me now. Is this kind of service worth the cost of accommodation for more than 1,200 a night?

這一站有太多的驚喜。環境優美，特別適合來放鬆或者親子度假。前台小哥給免費升房，老師的講解很精彩，之後帶去觀星探溶洞；餐廳服務員很友善，點的菜份量很足。特別感謝客房部小姜，笑容很美待人真誠，我家小朋友很喜歡。期待下次再見。

酒店環境滿分，畢竟價格擺在那！天氣冷，淡季過來，觀星科普螢火蟲都沒，想體驗這些的得六七月過來，但是價格感人😂這次1500左右，加一個小孩500再加300租用照相機費用，有一個娃六歲以下免了，突然省了一筆，賺到了！訂這裏主要是能近距離觀看天眼，比在外面景區停好車走好長一段路去坐擺渡車再爬上觀景台拍個照走人，體驗感高出非常非常多！！！！此外也在酒店用餐了，建議就在酒店解決，兩大兩小三個菜都吃不完，還送牛奶酸奶，房費包含的早餐分量也足，吃不完還打包了。服務態度很好，每頓餐食都要送奶製品，哈哈，退房也要送，實在喝不完婉拒了。如果小孩喜歡天文知識，力薦來這裏👍🏻
