Ask staff why: No insulation was added when the house was built. Hope we can understand. How to understand? The vacation cabin was not insulated, and it was stuffy and hot on a 37-degree day. The staff told me that I could stay in the RV first, but there was a musty smell when I got in! I stayed in the room until after five o'clock, hoping that the air conditioner would work, but it was still so hot. The balcony door cannot be closed tightly! It's impossible to live there. I really hope that the staff will help with refunds, but they are all negative and have an indifferent attitude. I took my kids down the mountain that night. 1. If the room type is defective, the booking information should be clearly marked, and consumers have the right to know. 2. For B&Bs, the hygiene requirements are low, which does not mean there is no hygiene at all! It is recommended that the local department pay attention to the fact that the sofa is full of stains. 3. It should be refunded. This is the attitude of the service industry to solve problems!
