From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles. Sun was very helpful and friendly! Overall great experience, everyone was happy, Javier went above and beyond on helping me find some good food. The next time I return I will definitely be staying here!

The rooms were clean. Need updating The privacy curtain needs maintenance. Very quiet. An older hotel. Office staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was excellent! Located in a nice area.

Not happy about the laundry room. I was in town fyayouth sports tournament. Laundry room sign on the door says hours of use 7 am-10pm. I went to get uniforms out of the dryer at 9:30 pm, I can’t get into the room. The employee at the desk says the last wash is at 9pm. Makes no sense open till 10 but no posting last wash at 9. The did send an employee to open the door but it was very frustrating. We had to leave at 6 am fr the next game. It all makes no sense.

Pleasant stay but had to change rooms in the beginning. Room next to me had either a/c or heat running all the time so the rumbling sound made it impossible to go to sleep. Management was quick to provide a balcony room for my troubles. Morning breakfast is yummy with made to order burritos or omelets. Plenty of parking, nice pool with huge jacuzzi, and a nice lobby with fireplace are nice amenities.

The two men at our check-in were AWESOME - so friendly and helpful. Our rooms were on the second floor (no elevator) and they happily honored our request for ground floor …

Very nice area, easy and free parking, friendly helpful staff. Food not great and the stairs are difficult. Very nice people working there though.

First time staying at a Best Western. I liked everything about it. The breakfast was good, rooms were spacious and stagg eas helpful and friendly.
