Property was nice, but fire alarm went off for 15 minutes at 3:15 AM apparently due to a dryer vent not installed correctly. No communication from anyone, sub-zero temps outside. And then no discount offered on $150 room + taxes/fees. Very, very unhappy with treatment as customers.

Arrived at 4:30 pm. Check in starts at 4:00. Room was not ready and had to wait another 30 minutes to get into a room.

The hotel, food, and location was amazing. The room was clean and very nice. Our only complaint was the pool. I'm guessing the saltwater pool was WAY out of balance. We had to cut our swim short because my daughter's eyes and nose were red, puffy, swelling, and hurting. It completely *****ped all moisture out of my daughter and I's hair. A week later, multiple hair mask moisture treatments, and our hair is still a frizzy, dry, tangled mess. This is not how saltwater pools should affect hair. At all. Something was way wrong! Other than the pool, though, we loved the stay!

AC was out in the room, the front desk asked to try a couple things which we did and didn’t work so they moved us to a new room which was great! Problem was the pool, whatever they use to clean with gave both of our kids a rash all over their body. We also noticed we smelled like harsh chemicals until we took multiple showers. Unable to use the pool, which for a gmail with 2 kids it’s not fun keeping kids entertained in a room for hours, which is why we chose a hotel with a pool. Staff was willing to share what chemicals were used so we could help research but was little help in relief as they kept saying they did every correct and it was safe…..

Staff for customer service was very rude and not willing to go event attempt to go above and beyond. Was told restaurant could be called in ahead and order for take out. When they did not answer at open, front desk was unwilling to do anything for it other than give the main line phone number that just goes back to the desk. Did not even try to see why restaurant would not answer. When checking out did not have the right room rates at all and tired to charge me $180 extra. With lots of back and forth finally got it figured out but not without over explaining there mistake with no real sense to it.

The only complaint would be that we never got fresh towels or wash cloths. 2 towels for 2 people and a 2 night stay just doesn’t cut it. The hotel was nice.

My kids love the pool and breakfast.I enjoy the very comfortable beds and my wife just enjoys getting away for the weekend.
Missed the concert because of a reunion but lots of musical events here.

It was a beautiful stay! The rooms were very clean and the staff was A Mazing, will Jeffently stay here again, 10/10 recommend!!!
