Decent facilities, a bit tired but serviceable. Liked having a kitchenette, although the refrigerator was quite noisy so we had to turn it off.

Great little suite for an extended stay. Very clean. The building is a bit old, but well managed. I was not a fan of the $5 a night parking fee.

Decent place to stay-very kind and helpful front desk. Really loved how the hotel is unpronounced as opposed to most hotels being so prominent. I appreciated the fact that it was more subdued and integral into the neighborhood, and was close to my sister’s home via simple neighborhood roads.

When booking a budget hotel, cleanliness is always a worry. My room at Sonesta simply suites was pleasant. The rooms were clean enough. The hotel is a bit outdated but you get what you pay for. My only major complaint is the elevator. That elevator is on its last legs. Mentally
Prepare yourself! It’s a very noisy and bumpy ride and my stomach dropped everytime I got on it. Overall if you’re looking for something budget friendly this place isn’t terrible. Make sure to take the stairs!

Charles was extremely pleasant, efficient and accommodating. He needs a raise!
Our first room smelled of cigarette smoke, so Charles changed our room in minutes.
The Hotel is older, but overall very nice.
Certainly don’t hold hotel responsible for the ****** that break the non smoking rules.
The ONLY MAJOR complaint is the absolute ridiculous parking fee. (Which Charles waived)
$5 a day to park at the hotel I paid to stay at ~just blows my mind…
