Always enjoy my stay at the nylo. It is located in a great area and has most of the amenities that are needed for a good stay

very comfortable, nice, and clean. Jon Henry was quick and friendly very buttoned up. Very nice front desk staff.

Friendly staff, the beds are not comfortable at all. If you like to sleep on a slab of concrete then you’ll enjoy it.

Always stay at NYLO when I come to Plano. Great food and super nice staff.

The room was very clean however the air DID NOT work. I called the front desk and told them the air would not come on. I was told there were no other rooms to move to and they would send someone if they could find them. I then called sometime later and asked if they had a fan that we could use. The front desk called back and informed us that they did not have a fan and could not find someone to look at the air. It was very late at this point and we suffered through it. We left very early in the morning instead of going down stairs to enjoy breakfast. Honestly I would have asked for a refund but what’s the point. No one checked back in or offered a solution. I will not stay there again!

We loved pretty much everything about this hotel, from the gentleman at the front desk to the pleasant scent that hits you when you walk in. The only downside was that the bathroom sink is awkwardly small and even a simple task like brushing your teeth is strange...just not a lot of room to work with.

Absolutely a great experience, the breakfast in the morning was absolutely top notch, the location was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean, modern, but grim. On gray, cold days, it’s tough to walk into the room with brown floors/walls and all neutral dark tones and feel positive.

No sheets on the bed when we arrived, wet towels, and the alarm clock went off at 5am without being set.

The location is great and just so accessible to everything. Staff was friendly too. My only complaints are that: 1.) the sink is the bathroom is a terrible design. It’s pushed too close to the wall under the mirror, shaped weird and gets water absolutely everywhere. 2.) this hotel has an industrial look, which is cool. However, the walls and floors in the room are completely bare except for one or two small art pieces and a rug. Because of this, everything echoes and you can easily hear private conversations in other people’s rooms as you walk by.

This was our second time here and we loved it. The only thing that was a bummer was the reason we like to stay here is because they have chargers onsite. Of the three chargers, one wasent working and the other two always had the same cars parked there the entire day and throuhh the night. Almost like the vehicles belonged to employees or staff who worked there. Overall the stay was still great!

Que greeted us, checked us in and offered bottled water. All staff were professional and our rooms were nice and clean.

We used to live in Plano for 24 years and recently moved to Houston for hubs job. We stay here ALL the time when we come to visit our boys. Super pet friendly- welcoming front desk staff!

This was a very clean, modern, industrial style hotel. The only downside was the stupid small bathroom sink.
