Gabby and Derek were charming as usual and the checking in process was great. The bathroom in my room had hair matted in a corner and an additional used wash cloth was hanging on the shower curtain rod. I still consider this hotel as one of my favorites and a hiccup or two won’t prevent me from coming back. The amenities and breakfast are nice and the staff are always pleasant and welcoming.

Arrived and several homeless people in the lobby. Had their shopping carts full of their belongings, taking the free coffee. Staff didn’t say anything like this was normal. They were renovating so lots of construction. Pool and hot tub cold.

Hotel itself was decent, location was safe and decent. It requires driving to get to anything but I expected that. Staff was friendly.
However, maintenance seems to be problematic. The elevator was very sketchy enough we chose to haul our luggage up and down the 4 flights of stairs. And the door handle to first floor exit was broken and hard to open. The handle actually came off while trying to pull door open.
Other than that the stay was good. Beds were just ok, nothing to write home about. The rooms had sounds from vents and other mechanicals so bring white noise.

I like it. But it seems to be run down some mainly the elevators have been broke my a elevator on my last 3 visits there. The breakfast is not that great. Everything else is good. Staff is great

We came to visit family and decided to stay at LA QUINTA in plantation! It was a great choice for our 4 day stay. Staff was extremely friendly! Always super helpful.
Room was clean, amenities were all available during our stay. Definitely recommend!

The elevators were not working in the building for our entire stay so it made our 3rd floor room very inconvenient and tiresome especially with our bags.
