We were warmly welcomed and the owners couldn’t do enough for us. The room was spotlessly clean, excellent facilities, a fantastic choice of breakfast and above all it has a lovely feel to the accommodation. Would recommend all day long! I don’t normally write reviews but I felt I should spread the word of how great it is to stay here!

What a lovely place to stay!There is great attention to detail throughout. The room was well designed with nice touches to make us feel welcomed and relaxed. The hosts were really friendly and the breakfast was faultless. The location is also ideal for exploring and would recommend to others.

Firstly, this lovely boutique hotel is in a great location, and when you enter the premises you will be given a warm welcome by the hosts and their gorgeous little dog Twiglet. The hotel’s decor is fabulously quirky and we found ourselves wandering around the building to view the art work and wall sculptures. There’s no doubt that the owners have put a lot of thought and love into this place, which can be further seen in the bedrooms which are fully kitted out with everything you need, including DAB/Bluetooth Radio. We enjoyed delicious home made breakfasts during our stay and the night before our departure had a drink in the bar which we also recommend. Having stayed in some top hotels over the years, I can honestly say that this hotel is up there with the best of them. The owners really care for and look after their guests and we will definitely be returning.

On early arrival we were greeted by the owners and twiglett the dog with a really warm friendly reception, The hotel has been beautifully refurbished and our room was so comfortable, the bathroom toiletries were really special and we had everything we needed from shampoo to hand cream, including fresh white soft towels. We had a really comfortable night with a super comfy bed and great pillows, there was also plenty of tea, coffee and milk in our room. Breakfast was delicious and locally sourced produce with fresh amazing latte. Great stay and we will absolutely return again on a return to Plymouth

What a wonderful hotel. Spotlessly clean, beautiful furnishings, quality bedding and white fluffy towels. The toiletries smelt amazing. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It’s been said by others because it’s true, a real gem of a hotel. Will be our go to any time we visit Plymouth. The young couple running it are doing a fabulous job in every way.

Absolute gem of a hotel, short walk to the sea front. Only stayed one night and wished I’d stayed longer. Made to feel really welcome, great room and facilities and a superb breakfast. I skipped eating out to stay in the bar instead - great company 👌

Lovely small independent hotel. Ian and Suzy were really helpful and friendly. Room was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and very comfortable. Two minutes from the Hoe and ten minutes walk to the Barbican. Would definitely recommend.

This place is the best! Individually owned by Ion and Suzy, they do the best job. We loved them and there downstairs bar so much, we end up there every evening for their wonderful cocktails and conversation. Great price on rooms. Absolutely the best value for a hotel room in all my years of travel. Once again, we loved Ion and Suzy and would highly recommend their hotel!

Really lovely and charming hotel, with very friendly and helpful owners. Our room was beautifully presented and immaculately clean. The bed was deliciously comfortable, and had everything you need (tea, coffee, lovely toiletries, fan, robes etc). A delicious breakfast with lots of choice was most welcome. The best review I can give is that if we are staying in Plymouth again The Craft House would be my number one choice.
