Scenery is typical Tuscan view, slopping hills, vinyards and a breath taking sunset. But the place has seen better years. Everything is a bit worn out, wood is rotten or needs a little TLC, mosquito screens were broken and needed replacement years ago. We had the apartment near the road and remind that this is a busy road very early in the morning. Above our apartment, permanent residents had their dogs walking on the wooden floor and that was loud trying to get sleep. The beds needed replacement as well and the kitchen tools were insufficient to cook a proper meal. The staff of the reception is very kind and helpfull, but couldn't supply our needs. Every apartment is settled around a very neat square with typical Tuscan floor tiles and was very nice to have our breakfast in the moning. The parking place should be sufficient for the guests, but keep in mind that the guests of the nearby restaurant park their car as well on the property, so it is a bit crowded and late night departing guests were noisy when the are leaving. The swimming pool was very nice, the water is checked and cleaned everyday, but the glas tiles on the bottom are detaching so there is risk for injury, our son had a serious cut on his foot. The swimming pool is shared with other guests and staff of the restauarant, the permanent residents and their friends are using the pool as well, so don't expect that the pool is exclusive for tourists. Some of the deck chairs are broken and dirty and the umbrellas were broken as well.
