This was a great little place and located in the perfect spot for me. There were plenty of places to choose from for dining and entertainment.

BEWARE this place is not what you see online. SEE PICS BELOW. It was gross almost didn't stay, we're exhausted. Thank God I bring my own stuff. The handle to the toilet broke off and they had someone come in the room at 8:00pm with 2 small children to almost 9:00 pm to fix it. I WAS CHARGED $10 FOR A WASH RAG THAT I DIDN'T USE. I BRING MY OWN FOR SANITARY REASONS. Imagine if this happens to every guest? Hmm I'll be getting in touch with Trip, HJ and Wyndham.

It was ok clean with a weird smell. The breakfast was fun for the kids with pancakes but not a lot of fruit other than bananas.

Nothing special. Very noisy location and unruly guests. Front desk clerk at check in was not friendly at all. Continental breakfast amounted to not much. Morning clerk who was also running the breakfast was friendly. Room was either too cold or too warm. There was no in-between. King mattress in our roon desperately needs replacing. The springs are shot and might as well have been poking through the bed. We have family in Winter Haven and visit often, but we won't be back at this location.

The hotel was in a good location, but had a lot of construction around it. The room was spacious. I wasn’t excited about having to go up some sketchy stairs to our room but it was OK. It was quiet and convenient.

Dirty building, stained bed sheets, horrible smell all over. It gives an unsafe feeling. We checked out the same day.

The front desk representative was super pleasant and helpful. However, the property was NOT in the best condition (dirty *****ped walls, cigarette burned table, etc) and could use several major upgrades. It's decent for a one night's stay but anything longer than that, please look elsewhere.

You should not have this hotel as an option on your website. It was Dirty, old, musty, and reeked of cigarette smoke and mildew. Also no elevator, so have fun dragging your luggage up and down the concrete stairs. The room itself was just as bad, stains on both beds, dirty square throw pillows for your sleeping pillows, and smelled just as bad as the rest of the hotel. We left for dinner where my daughter broke down crying at the prospect of having to stay two nights there, we came back and checked out immeditaly. Booked at the Best Western which was absolutely wonderful. SO Now I have lost money for a two night stay at a hotel that I only spent five minutes in.
