Overall its a lovely hotel to stay. The staff are all helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and Tidy. Our only gripe is the evening food lacked vegetarian options some times. And the hot food was often luke warm, I'm thinking because lack of turnover.

We have been to this hotel a few times and unreservedly recommend it. The staff are amazing - too many names to mention as they all deserve recognition for their efforts and smiles every day. The location is a short walk (200m) to a comprehensive mini-mart, and the restaurants/shops in town are not much farther. The town itself is not too big so it's pleasant to walk or cycle around, and there is a lot to see and do.

As always this hotel comes up top trumps, great staff, the rooms are a very good standard with a kitchenette, kettle, cups plates etc. Breakfast has an excellent hot and cold selection, nice afternoon meal/snacks. The pool and outdoor seating area are clean and modern. I'll be back again, thank you.

Lovely, quiet and relaxing accommodation in a quiet part of town. Room 010 gets the afternoon sun on the patio but close by is the private pool which gets the sun all day. Our room was a little battered around the edges but because of the huge amount of space we had and how clean it was we have booked again for next year. Staff are lovely, bar service perfect and great atmosphere around the place. We went S/C and had dinner in the restaurant once and it was tasty food, lots of choice and for a good price. A 10 minute slow bimble gets you to all the bars and restaurants, the beach is at the end of the road. Bed comfy, shower hot, well supplied kitchen with a complimentary bottle of wine, olives and crackers on arrival-a nice surprise. I can honestly say that I have no criticisms of Bahia Pollensa-loved it, can’t wait to go back.

We stayed here last year and we would not hesitate to stay here again. The hotel is well positioned and only a 5-10 minute walk to the port, the staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast is very good. We came on a cycling holiday and the hotel is very accommodating.

Exemplary, best three star experience I have had. The staff are superb and seem genuinely happy in their work. The breakfast was excellent, the rooms spotless and everything works with lots of storage. Pool Area spotless, everything worked as it should. The staff really are superb.

Fabulous stay, made very welcome extremely well looked after. Staff lovely and so helpful- nothing too much trouble. Room lovely and comfortable and spotlessly clean. Like the introduction of recycling bags, maybe add a bag for metals. Thank you

When you walk through the door at Bahia Pollensa there is a warm welcoming vibe where extends throughout the hotel to all members of staff. The apartments are well maintained and kept scrupulously clean. For anyone who wants to self cater the kitchenette has everything necessary to prepare simple meals. We opted for half board which was, in hindsight, a wise decision as both the breakfast and dinner buffets are superb, with a wide choice that caters for all diets.

This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel. Quite simply, it's an excellent hotel - in many different ways. The room, food (half board), service, and facilities are all excellent and we would highly recommend the place. The hotel caters especially well to cyclists.
