This is a very nice hotel with an attentive staff. The restaurant is delicious. There is a bowling alley on site and the noise of the lanes could be heard in our room. It did stop eventually but it is constant until about 11 pm.

A gem of a hotel! Amazingly comfortable bed and bedding! Soacious corner room with lovely terasse (room 203). There is bowling in the same building, can be heard in some parts, not in my room. Nice breakfast. Short walking distance to old town. Free parking garage in building, but limited number of spaces. Nice restaurant and very tasty food for a good price. Reception staff very friendly and helpful! Coffeemaker in room, no fridge. Large basic bathroom. Nicely decorated room. Highly recommemd Szara Willa, and would love to come back!

Beautiful hotel. We stayed with our 3 year old and our 1 year old and they loved the play room and that the restaurant also had a toy section and an outside play area. Super kid friendly. The staff was very nice and helpful. Would love to stay again.

Heerlijk hotel, goed ontbijt, lekkere bedden en vriendelijk personeel. Alles netjes en schoon. Ook voor de kinderen een aparte speelkamer met speelgoed en zelfs een trampoline. Hebben gegeten in het restaurant en ook het eten was erg lekker. Ook een optie om te bowlen in het hotel. Parkeren kan makkelijk en gratis onder het hotel.

Bis 23 Uhr ist in den Zimmern die Bowlingbahn zu hören, das ist sehr lästig beim Einschlafen mit kleinem Kind. Nach Beschwerde wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir ja stornieren könnten und uns ein anderes Hotel suchen könnten. Beim Einchecken ers**al ein falsches Zimmer zugewiesen bekommen, erst auf Anfrage das reservierte Zimmer. Neben der ganzen Unfreundlichkeit ist das Frühstück ebenso nicht gut, Rührei ist nicht gar, an dem ein oder anderen Tag sogar noch flüssig. Das Frühstück bietet auch sonst keine gute oder besondere Auswahl. Abends im Restaurant wurde uns kaltes Essen serviert.
