Grate place to stay though a bit hard to find it. Very close to the entrance to Archeologic park and in spite of that a really quiet spot. Comfortable rooms, bar offering local wines and concierge (namely luggage storage) Tasty breakfast in clean and spacy area.

The hotel is located about a five minute walk from the Pompeii Scavi train station and an entrance to the ruins. The room was nice with A/C and a nice bathroom. The pool was great to relax around after a hard, hot day of exploring and you could order drinks and a limited menu of snacks and sandwiches etc. Breakfast was great with plenty to choose from. All of the staff were helpful and great to deal with. The walk in to town is 20-25 minutes but enjoyable. Note* It is actually called the Hotel Villa dei Misteri. If you follow GPS to Villa dei Misteri you will end up at an ancient villa with no available rooms or pool!

It was a nice hotel/motel in a beautiful location, close to Pompei and the center was within walking distance. The pool was clean, large and plenty of room to lie down. Only drawback is when you book for a standard room you have the choice between economy standard room and the regular standard room. The difference is of course in the price but also in the air conditioning. With the economy you are in a motel room and you only have a fan. When you opt for the ordinary, you are in the hotel with real air conditioning. When booking this difference was not so clear.

Stayed here for two nights to not be rushed seeing Pompei Ruins. Service was very good. Great pool and surrounds. Very nice room. Good breakfast. Well located to ruins, services, train station, supermarket and about 30 minutes walk to centre of modern Pompei (good laundromat recommended by hotel).

Hotel is very close to restaurants and Pompei ruins. Front desk staff was very nice. He allowed us to store our luggage in his office while we visited the surrounding area. Onsite restaurant is closed. No room amenities such as coffee, but the free breakfast area was great with a very friendly barista. Shower would be better if it had a curtain to keep the room from being soaked. Low water pressure for toilet flushing.

What a great location! So close to the Pompei ruins entry and the train station. The restaurants near the train are open a wide range of hours and the food was great. The hotel is an older style but matches the photos. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was immacutely clean and the room was spacious. Had free parking on site. Breakfast was a wide variety of options and proper coffee! Couple of little downsides were not many powerpoints in the room and the shower over bath wasn't very long. Would definitely stay again

This lovely family run hotel is a pleasure to stay at. Convenient for easy access to the Pompeii ruins it is the only hotel with its own swimming pool that you can relax by after along hot day visiting the various sites that make up this iconic World Heritage site. We will be back.
