It always hurts me to write a review not to positive. I had king room with couch. First room may have had water damage, I had to change rooms. Second room, couch had multiple stains and rug wet in front of ac unit. Hotel is clean but needs work. Housekeeping did freshen room, but only pull up bed, they dont make it every day. Manager reception nice in evening. Staff very nice and were always helpful when I stopped by desk. I am a Marriott guy and felt a little disappointed.

The staff was fabulous. The hotel was clean. The room was clean. Beds were super comfy. Great location. Check-in/check-out was a breeze. The drive to the Pioneer Woman Mercantile in Pawhuska was less than an hour. The only thing that worried me for a moment was that we had to park near the pool and there was a party going on and there was a smell of ****. Normally it wouldn't bother me, but it was late and we were two female travelers and one was elderly.
