Came to celebrate my birthday and had a nice time. Everyone smiles at you. Got a cake from them too..
Pro:
-Service is super fast and feel like luxury.
-Indoor pool was great and very clean.
-Gym had trainers in the evening i guess.
-Breakfast spread was huge with both veg and non veg. English breakfast was also wide.
-centre of the city yet so quiet
-Bed is huge and rooms are okaying spacious
- iPad with lot of high tech
- expresso was had to make but they give help u.
- good Wi-Fi
- valet parking
Con:
Asked for room cleaning late evening but didn’t do it.
Tv controls in iPad for other entertainment apps are hard .(can provide normal tv control extra too

Good hotel with good amenities. Good location. Just the 3 rooms in front near the road has loud sound from cars. Try to avoid the front 3-4 rooms.
Welcome was excellent. Reception staff excellent. Breakfast area staff averaging in serving. Sometimes not so willing to serve. As no manager was there to supervise as per my understanding and observations.

absolutely had a pleasant stay at the Residency Towers. Clean and neat rooms with beautiful interiors. The staff members are so kind and helpful especially Kamali, Ashwini, and Chandini who helped us a lot during our stay. Their service is also perfect. In-room dining as well as the restaurant has tasty food options on its menu. breakfast was too good. Worth 5 stars. .....

Wonderful and peaceful hotel eventhough it is located in the city centre. Spacious rooms. Great food with some vegetarian options. Lovely well manitained pool and spa. Service in the restaurant could be improved though. Waiting time for a la carte orders is too long and restaurant staff needs to be trained better in hospitability and customer relations.

The hotel stay was very nice. The service is fabulous as well. Must visit stay if you are coming to pondicherry for your vacation. I hope to come back soon. The breakfast is also super delicious. Hats off to all the staff.

Really great service. The hotel was very amazing and high class. Delicious food. Asked about tourist attractions and was given so many options. Would highly recommend this hotel. The food was both Indian and international. All we ate was very good.

It is our marriage group trip, stay was excellent and the ambience was nice location is at the centre of the city, food is very good, the rooms are near and clean staffs are very cordial and helpful and highly recommended hotel for all the touristers.... We were staying in suite room. It was fantastic experience, room is very clean and well maintained. Customer service also too good and morning buffet lots of options was available. I do recommend this hotel for other. Hope will visit soon again

The rooms are very comfortable very spacious... Breakfast was good spread and yummy...all the controls of the rooms was in ipad its giving very luxurious feel and had a great experience in this hotel... Especially all the staffs was very good హాస్పిటలిటీ thank you resi team

Excellent stay and exceptional hospitality and staffs are very kind and professional and the food, rooms are very nice this is our very short stay by the next time we will come with our family and will stay for a long weekend!!! Hospitality is very nice and highly recommended hotel

Hotel rooms was fantastics and support staff was also good. Breakfast have less variety but quality was excellent. Excellent swimming pools and gym facility. Ambience of restaurent and lobby is excellent.

Very nice and decent place for our meeting in residency towers they have good party hall , meeting hall and also they have a good car parking facility we really appreciate the banquet team they are really good and great hospitality service they have provided Mr.Sarathi was very friendly and taking care of us will suggest to our friends

Excellent service was done by residency towers... We came for banquet meeting here we had a wonderful experience in this hotel.. The hall was so spacious and looking good well arranged, the buffet was good spread and lip smacking especially mr.
