Excellent location as it is minutes walk to underground stations and shopping areas like Oxford Street and Leicester Square. The staff were warm and friendly to customers and this is rare in London for my own experience. The room is spacious according to London standard. My room was renovated recently with renewed facilities. The shower was weak and this is the only disadvantage anyway.

I absolutely loved the hotel, the service was amazing. I have stayed previously a few years ago and it is just as I remembered if not better.I was spoiled with chocolates, Prosecco and a balloon on my birthday. All my requirements were met and exceeded. I would highly recommend, central location on a quiet street, very close to Oxford Street.

The hotel is located on a quiet street, but many restaurants and eateries are just round the corner. Easy tinget around with oxford street nearby. I would highly recommend to stay here.

Room was ok … breakfast was ok too will stay again if I return. 👍👍

The room is not big, but the layout is reasonable and British style. The waiter is friendly. I seem to be the only Chinese staying here. The location is great, there are so many restaurants nearby! It takes only 5 minutes to walk to the British Museum and only a few minutes to the Elizabeth Line. Very convenient! The price is not cheap but I still recommend it!

提前三天才臨時預訂的，大英附近同價位的酒店都定不到了，評價也少衹能抱着試試看心態入住，每晚4000+確實不便宜，勝在服務熱情周到，房間不大但佈局合理舒適，帶娃主要考慮安全和便捷，距離大英步行7-8分鐘，國家藝術館15分鐘，一出門就有各種美食，購物也很方便，不想坐倫敦地鐵，全程靠雙腿citywalk略廢腿。如果選擇uber去機場，需留言司機詳細地址，不然定位不到。
