We booked one of the smaller suites and it was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time here. The balcony overlooked the courtyard in the back, and the kitchen had pretty much everything you would need to cook a basic meal. Most units appear to require stairs to access. There are also cats that live on site, and in our unit they were able to jump onto the balcony (we enjoyed this).
In the mornings, an excellent breakfast basket was delivered to our door (bread, fruits, eggs, yogurt, milk, juice, granola, etc). In addition, there was a good espresso maker in the lobby.
The place is walking distance from downtown locations - perhaps 10-15 minutes from the water front.
Parking is a bit of a challenge, although the hotel provided a map of the surrounding streets where there was free and paid parking available. Finding a space may require some driving around, although we found spots were easier to come by in the evenings. If using a paid spot, it is possible to feed the meter after hours and have the payment carry over until the morning.
We had a slight issue on our last day where the next days guests were able to enter our room prior to us checking out (apparently they had the same code and figured they would check if the room might be ready early). This may be an area for improvement (perhaps cycle room door codes?).
Otherwise a fantastic stay and would highly recommend.
