Clean rooms, pleasant staff. One of the best!

We stayed in this motel several years ago and it was good. IT is now very worn down. This is probably due to construction crews staying to repair massive issues in the area from hurricane Ian. The motel needs refurbishment. Furniture was dinged up. Our room had a broken mirror. Lamp shades were beaten up. The chair and footstool had dirt stains. The morning breakfast was poor and we chose to pay for breakfast somewhere else the 2nd morrning. The dining room is way to small to serve the building.

Room seemed very rundown. Pictures online did not match actual. No pictures on wall and furniture was old and beat up.

Room needs care. Sitting chair was filthy. Needs to be replaced. Bed was fine. Floor had paint splatter. Website picture showed a hot tub. Also said there was one. False advertisement. Hot tub was taking out.At least the room was clean. Elevators were filthy inside. Breakfast was good. Workers polite

Wish I’d checked location. Right on interstate and city street. Can here neighbors room. Noisy hotel.

The property has restuarants nearby. I didn't like that the rooms only had shades on the windows, no curtains.

Our arrival and check-in brought some rather surprising question as the lobby was home to large rolls of carpet. Of course, there was a notice posted at the desk (although I did not receive any advance notice prior to arrival) that the hallways were being re-carpeted over a two-week period. Upon proceeding to our room, we found the hallway had been *****ped, revealing the concrete floor along with debris remaining after the old carpet and padding had been removed. I wondered if we had, indeed, been duped. Our room was very nicely remodeled with new vinyl plank flooring. However, the baseboard molding had been partially replaced, albeit incomplete. Our bathtub surround, also recently replaced, was also unfinished with parts of the tile, not yet caulked at the tub. Not to worry though; everything was clean, the bedding fresh, and the sleep surface very comfortable. We stayed for the five nights we planned and the carpet project was still underway. I want to mention also, that the breakfast room was very well managed and the lady (and one day, gentleman) was extremely helpful and cordial. The food (the regular CI's fare) was kept fresh and tidy, and the coffee really well-done! All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful and were always working to make current situation work.

I am a regular at that place but this time two things weren‘t so great. 1.) You couldn‘t use the lobby because the had a new carpet installed. 2.) All 3 nights I spent there, there was no hot water in my bath.
