The atmosphere at the Paxton hotel was amazing - all the staff was so friendly to me and always smiling. My dinner was also quite good, nothing extraordinary but it was warm and fresh and fast. The ocean view is really lovely and the rooms were clean and perfectly equipped. The beautiful consierge even let me stay at the pool after my checkout :)

The reception and bar look lovely and that is where it ends. We had lunch and breakfast there m, it was ok. The outside needs a coat of paint and so does the inside. They showed us to our room. I then googled what we paid for and this was the basic room. Back to reception and we waited to another room was ready. It was more than double the size. It desperately needed painting and updating. Towels where well worn and furniture old. The terrace was broken with bits of tiles everywhere. The pool was dirty. The tiles broken and a sewage smell. There was lots of noise from the road and bars. There was nothing to do in the town we only stayed for the airport and that was a mistake. Avoid they have really let this get run down.

Had a the chance to spend a weekend at CITY LODGE HOTEL P.E for the end of school holiday. I am not one to choose accomodatio at hotel because it is so pricey! City Lodge hotel offered a reasonable rates and we also had to try their buffet breakfast. Our family had the absolute time of their life! The kids first time at a hotel and they absolutely enjoyed their stay and the amazing selection at the buffet breakfast. The staff were so friendly and the place is neat ang clean! This hotel is my ultimate choice!

A good experience from booking the stay to checkout. My request for a sea facing room was granted despite the hotel being fully booked which took some reshuffling on their part. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options and good coffee. I would stay there again.

The location is very good and the surroundings are safe. There are parking spaces. Restaurant bar, gym, pool, etc. Next to the sea. There are many places to eat nearby, and it is mainly ten minutes from the airport by car.

We visited PE as part of our SA holiday and spent three very enjoyable nights at Carslogie. The Guesthouse is a very friendly family run business and is located a short walk to the beach and the coastal path. The rooms have a very nice setting, around the swimming pool. We chose Room 4, which also accommodates a sofa bed. The room and en-suite were very spacious. Breakfast was very good and cooked to order.

We loved our recent stay at Cape Flame! It was clean and beautiful with the most comfortable bed! The staff is also exceptional- friendly and attentive. We enjoyed breakfast at the guesthouse everyday and ate several evening meals as well. Everything was delicious. We also loved that the guesthouse is well located, a short drive from anywhere in town and only a 5 minute walk to the beach! I would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others visiting the beautiful, friendly town of Gqeberha!

What a breath of fresh air! Room was ready way before my check-in time and Geoff was most accommodating in arranging for my clothes to be laundered. Bathroom was modern and beautifully laid out, with a magnificent shower head! Breakfast was divine and the engagement from the staff was top notch! Just LOVED staying here!! Really appreciated the warm welcome and information regarding both the property and local facilities. Excellent service and prompt attention when we encountered issues with the electrics - we were quickly and efficiently moved to an alternative room and were even offered a move to the Garden house. Complimentary bubbles and snacks were provided to compensate for the inconvenience.

We stayed in room 1 our daughter in room 23. Reception was very friendly, and our rooms were spotless and perfect for our stay in PE. The Hub is very central to all the big Malls, although situated on a busy road, we did not hear any traffic and our rooms were quiet and peaceful.
