The hotel was nice and clean.
We booked a 2 bedroom suite that slept 8. When we asked for additional linens and pillows for the pull out sofa, we were told the hotel was out. That it was first come first serve and the hotel was full. It was a Sunday, the hotel parking lot was fairly empty and there was very little traffic or congestion in the hallways. We explained we had 8 people and paid for a suite that slept 8. They then proceeded to tell us we were not allowed excess linens. We said we had 8 people and needed 8 pillows, which we did not have. After some convincing, they did tell us we could come down to the lobby in 10 minutes and they would look around the hotel and see if they could find anything. We were eventually provided with 2 additional pillows, a full sheet and extra blanket. I find it unacceptable that we were not provided enough linens to accommodate the suite we paid for. We did each end up with 1 pillow for the evening after several calls and attempts. I have never been to a hotel that did not provide enough linens and/or ran out on a Sunday, where the hotel seemed relatively empty. My gut is that they were full that weekend and laundry wasn't done in a timely manner.
