Someone leftover food was in fridge. Hair in shower. Was not informed no brkfst and/or no snack machine, when stated repeadtly we were hungry... until after room was booked. Front office would not assist with my checkin issues through online... and when finally got it, he asked repeadtly if was ok, not in manner of geniune but as in dont want have any issues (because i was cold, tired, and had been crying - daughter asleep in car) so wanted him to stop asking question and get me the key card for my already shortened stay & he was slowly processing while repeadtly just looking at me - using my paid time . When leaving, my daughter asked to use restroom and we were told key was turned in and lobby was closed but had store across street, from lady at check out. It was difficult in communicating
Wanted extra towel but no housekeeper available. 1 lil baby bar of soap provided for showering. And i expected cost of 58ish or something but charged 70$ to card why didnt i get difference returned as informed at check out? Felt frustrated & more confused from what should've been a night to enjoy with my 3yr old.
