Wonderful location. The hotel's facilities and cleanliness were of a high standard. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet was already very empty when we arrived in the morning.

Sono stata diverse volte al Grand'hotel Serapide ed è per questo che ogni volta che torno a Napoli soggiorno li. Il 3 Gennaio ho pensato di andarci con due miei cugini oltre a me e mio marito. Panorama mozzafiato che è un vero incanto e poi servizi e struttura eccellenti. Ci tornerò presto, ormai è una sorta di dipendenza quella che ho, insomma è come stare a casa circondata da coccole.

It was really warm in the room. It advertised an air conditioner but did it was not on for the season. Also they advertised hotel shuttle but did not have one.

The hotel is in a beautiful location. We did not receive a free shuttle to the airport or wifi (after requesting it 3 times). There was a private function just under where our room was that played loud music until midnight. Too bad their customer service was so bad this could have been an amazing hotel. I would never recommend anyone to book here.
