One of the cleanest B&Bs I've ever stayed in. Cleaned every day, the service is very good! The location is excellent, with the cathedral downstairs and the Charles Bridge very close. Eating is also very convenient. If I come again, I will book again!

Because I arrived at the hotel too late. As check-in was imminent, I lined up the hotel entrance. 5 minutes. It took 5 minutes to find the information desk. Check-in time is approaching ~~ I'm in a hurry to find it Other than getting lost for a while, everything was good. Accessibility to downtown, comfort, etc. For parking, please tell the desk staff. They kindly guide you. Pay 24 euros 24 hours in the white parking area in downtown Prague. It is freely available

such nice personell, top cleaning service (even unloading the dishwasher in the apartments), very open people and in general very very cute

Staying in this spacious and comfortable apartment in a 15th century building made me feel like I was living in a piece of history. Such a great location for walking to local sites and restaurants. The staff were helpful, kind, and so easy to communicate with. I can’t wait to come back!

The staff at the front desk were exceptional; Friendly, informative and helpful. They gave us great tips of their local favourites to eat and places to visit. The apartments are spacious and clean. The neighborhood is busy enough with great dining and drinking options. not as busy with tourists as the old town which is only a short walk over the Charles bridge. Overall highly recommend.

Reception and cleaning are perfect, and everybody are so helpful. So close to sights and transportation. This was our second time in the hotel, and we will come back again.

Absolutely beautiful, clean, central and such a comfortable apartment. Would recommend this place to everyone. Right next door to historical landmarks but so peaceful at night. Great little hub area with bars and restaurants but so close to Charles Bridge. Tram stops just a few mins away to links across Budapest. All the staff were friendly and helpful and to add to this, the house cleaning every day was amazing. Can not wait to visit again.

Place has a lot of great character. It's in the heart of Lesser town, not far from the castle and just a small walk to the Charles bridge. The location was great. Check in was a breeze and our host gave us great tips on where to go, how to get around and what to avoid. All of it was very helpful. The apartment room was great. It Overlooking the courtyard and was clean and very charming. We had everything we needed and the house cleaning staff were wonderful. It was convenient to have a kitchenette during our 4 day stay as we could fix ourselves breakfast and keep any dinner leftovers in the fridge. A couple items weren't great. The rooms wasn't air conditioned and it got a little warm, so we opened the windows at night. It can be a bit loud as the courtyard is shared by a restaurant and the noise level can be pretty loud. Next issue was the staff take smoking breaks in the courtyard and if the windows are open, the room quickly stinks of cigarettes. Would I stay here again? Most likely, but not during the busy season if I couldn't keep out the noise & cigarette smoke.

The staff was amazing, very helpful and accomodating! They all spoke perfect English and were very helpful when we had some problems away from the hotel!

We had a superb week's stay at the Three Golden Crowns. The location was perfect for exploring Prague either on foot, or by using the trams 2 minutes away. The reception team were all excellent, helpful and friendly. Restaurants and coffee shops were literally next door and a supermarket a short stroll away. Our room was spotless, cleaned daily and huge, complete with a balcony. Charles Bridge is minutes away and the Royal Palaces are around the corner up a short hill. An awesome place to stay if you're ever in Prague!

Nice and comfortable room in the center near the Prague Castle. A lot of space in the appartment.

Great location and very convenient for eating and sightseeing, also very safe. However, it was a bit confusing when we arrived and the reception was close during normal business hours. We had to wait an hour for the receptionist to arrive and get into our apartment.

Great spacious apartment, simple but clean and comfortable and with everything we needed for our stay with two young children. Cot and high chair were provided. Lift in the building for easy access. Lots of restaurants in the area, walkable distance to Charles Bridge and old town even with small children. Easy access to other areas via tram. Adam from reception was very helpful with answering all our queries prior to our arrival and during the stay, and also helped to organise transport from the airport and to the train station. We had a great stay overall and would definitely stay again should we visit Prague again.
