Axa Hotel

Good hotel near city center of Prague. Good location for walking, you don't need take a taxi or bus. The room was very clean and bed were comfortable. Inside hotel is public swimming pool. The breakfast was very poor. Not enough fruits or vegetables.

I visited this hotel a few days ago. The hotel is very close to the city centre. The breakfast was lovely, the swimming pool was great. And the night receptionist Jirka was the best. He was very helpful,he gave me some great advice about different places to visit. Thank you, Jirka.

Not my first stay here and definitely not the last. Central located, everything is in a walking distance including a Shopping mall nearby. Great price-quality ratio. Very friendly staff especially duo Alexandr and Adam, friendly and helpful . It has a pool which I allways wanted to use , but never had enough time. Maybe next time. My rooom as well as bathroom was huge and very stylish . And , the most important , extremely clean . The onl y thing I didn't like , was the breakfast room, but breakfast was OK, so ...really nothing to complain

Very quiet hotel. Central, A 10-minute walk from the astronomical clock. Shopping center nearby. Good price-quality ratio. Breakfast buffet very good and with variety. Very friendly staff especially Alexandr who checked us in and checked us out. It has a free pool and gym if you book directly with them, but we didn't use that service. Would come back for sure.

Axa hotell is a very nice/good hotell for turist visiting the city of Prauge. We had an amazing experience. The staff was great especially Alexandr and Adam at the reception. They will help you with everything you need. All in all a good place for family or friends.

We checked in late at night. Got a bolt from the airport (highly recommended). Checked in fine and rooms are basic but okay. Showers lovely and nice clean and comfy beds. We stayed two nights. Had a very early start for a train over to Budapest.. 7 hour journey. We arranged (or thought we did) two breakfast bags. We were shown the receipt and it was all ordered. We therefore only bought water as we expected food for our train ride. We got to check out and we're told 'he wrote it down but no order. Kitchen isn't open yet. I will write note for manager.' Basically no food or anything , no matter how basic was available for us to take. The snow was very heavy and no bakeries were open. The lack of communication and miss information meant we were out of pocket but also had no food for our trip. It was too early for any shops to be open and it made us stressed along with the heavy snow and journey to the station. Our visit to Prague was amazing but really didn't appreciate thw mess we got left in on our check out. With no apology or even some basic calories offered to send us on our way. Even an apple or a drink from the reception fridge would have been a little gesture for the guys mess up who gaves us empty promises resulting in unnecessary stress for our journey.
