This Art Deco hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the a landmark known as the "Powder Gate" and so is very handy for exploring Prague. It's on a main street with shops (Lidl) and restaurants around. The room was clean and large enough for 3 and a very large choice of breakfast was included. The price for a triple room was £110 per night which I thought was very good value for money in a capital city. We were situated at the back of the hotel and it was very quiet. There was no aircon but fortunately the temperature in late September was around the 20-24C range and so we didn't need it. A massive choice of breakfast was offered, no croissant and jam here! There were: cereals, yoghurt, bread, jams, bacon, eggs, sausages, rice, tomatoes, bowls of fruit. You couldn't ask for more! I advise going early or later as the dinning room got very busy. However the staff were efficient at clearing dishes away and the door manager got people seated as soon as possible. Some places would charge 15Euros each for a breakfast like this!! The staff at reception were helpful and I'd definitely stay there again. The only downer (and it's not that bad), is that if you arrived about 30 minutes after breakfast started, the dining room was full and we had to wait 20 mins for a table....but if you aren't in a rush.....it wouldn't matter.
