Aparthotel Austria Suites

Nice place with large room for a whole family. Very central area in Prague. Remember to book parking if you need it. Breakfast is delivered at the room each morning with fresh bread, ham and cheese from the local stores.

I spent some days at this hotel and I had a good time. The room was bigger than I expected, and it was very quiet. The room was very comfortable, and daily housekeeping kept it spotless. The room even had a small balcony that I did not use (it was too cold), but it is probably very nice during the summer. The breakfast was OK. Every day a staff member from the hotel brought me assorted breads, cheese and ham. I had a coffee maker in the room, as well as jam, yogurt and butter. It was more than I could eat, and I ended up putting leftovers in the mini fridge. I would have loved some fruit and juice, but it was not an option.

The hotel is in a not central part of Prague. It's a converted apartment house. Very clean, very friendly and close to all sort of transport. The breakfast is brought to the room and so abundant that it allows to make snacks for during the day while walking around town. Saved us a lot of "mom I'm hungry". Cozy, like the rooms I had visiting my family there many years ago. Loved it!!

Really liked the size of the room (# 41) and the fact that it was very clean and well maintained. The small balcony was a plus, and the fact that the facility is quiet enabled a good night's sleep. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and did their best to make sure you felt welcomed and were taken care of. The included breakfast, consisting of a basket of bread, cheese and cold cut meats delivered to your room, was an added bonus. The location of the facility near the Novy Smichov shopping center is fantastic as there is a large Tesco and many other stores where one can purchase any necessities. Also close to the Andel metro station and Arbesovo Namesti tram stop, where one can take public transportation for a quick ride into the touristic center of Prague. I have already booked another stay for November at the Austria Suites. My only complaint is that the pipes under the sink started to leak toward the end of my stay, but that can easily be fixed. Also, there was no soap/toiletries holder in the shower stall (at least in room #41.). Very minor inconveniences that are easily corrected, so don't let it put you off from staying at Aparthotel Austria Suites.
