Awesome hotel! If you want to experience the European court fan, this hotel will never let you down! The entire hotel, whether it is architecture or interior decoration and furniture, is completely European court style, luxurious retro atmosphere. The hotel is ideally located, about 10 minutes walk from Castle Hill. The staff was polite and had a welcome drink and towel when staying. The breakfast was very generous and there was a wine tasting and cheese reception every afternoon. The customer relationship manager is very nice and gave a small gift when checking out. The next time I go to Prague, I will also prefer this hotel. Self-driving friends need to pay attention, because the hotel is on the edge of the US consulate, so the security check in and out is more strict, and the hotel can only be parked by the hotel.

Overall very good! Location: Although not in the old city, but the surrounding is very quiet, Prague law and order is also good, although no one but feels very safe, and although on the river side, but close to the Grand Palace, walk to the Charles Bridge for 5 minutes. Service: Very welcoming front desk, responsive, very gentle breakfast service uncle. Diet: I like all kinds of sausages. Although I didn't have breakfast when I booked, I also confiscated my money... There was a piano playing at dinner, and the song was not very lyrical. Room: I chose a suite and shared a balcony next door, but no one next door, fresh air in the morning, toiletries are L'Occitane, the only drawback is that there are too few outlets

This is the best service hotel in 6 hotels. The welcome drink will not be dealt with casually. The lobby manager is very enthusiastic and introduces the hotel's small courtyard to be extraordinarily warm and refined. The hotel is located in a small town, quiet in the middle of nowhere, often encounters a cute little restaurant around the corner, and walks 5 minutes to the Charles Bridge. The restaurant waiter is warm and professional, and can clearly remember the tea that the guest prefers. The only feeling is that the service is in place.

I traveled alone to Prague, and booked a golden well two days before and after the birthday; this hotel is awesome! I also lived in A***. The service level of this hotel is no different from A***; as they say, treat their guests like kings.... When checking in, there was a welcome juice. The receptionist was very enthusiastic to help me draw a recommended route on the map; the uniforms worn by the reception staff were very classical and refined; Room11 is a 24-hour public service room with internet access and free coffee; the paintings on the wall are also great! I lived in Room14, and when I opened the window, I could see the famous green dome and red-top building; I could hear the bell ringing on the church; wifi was very fast; The bathroom is made of Molton Brown toiletries, an old-fashioned service provider for the British royal family; the bath and toilet are Duravit, the toilet and the toilet, the smart flush is very good; The hotel's restaurant has one of the best views of Prague, but it's very difficult to book, so make a reservation in advance, while enjoying the food while overlooking the entire Old Town of Prague, listening to music is really super enjoyable; but the price is also in line with the top restaurants in Prague; My birthday afternoon hotel prepared a birthday cake for me, it was really a surprise, the cake tastes great! I think I will come back to this hotel with my parents and children next time; but unfortunately I have not experienced breakfast. So far not impressed with this hotel. Upon check in, clerks were not helpful at all. Traveling as a couple and given a room with single beds. Asked if we could have a single larger bed the response was “ call house keeping and see if they can move the beds together.” Then got to the room and realize the beds are attached to the wall with a permanent night stand in between. Next, wanted to order from room service. The “app” which is just a link to a website, will NOT load, so we literally cannot order from the “online room service” — the only option to order. Tried to connect with the computer, and that didn’t work either. Also was told their is a fridge in the room and you can order items to stock it. Again app won’t load. Also no fridge in room. Wi-Fi is also very week. Zoom business call kept disconnecting. Only given one pillow per bed. Called down to front desk and requested two more. Was told housekeeping would bring them. And hour later, called again since no pillows arrived. We were told housekeeping is closed and they can only take requests in the morning. (This was all before 10 pm.) Looking for other hotel options for the remainder of our stay.

We spent a week here. The exterior of the hotel is reminiscent of the communist era, but the interior of the hotel will make you forget it quickly, so don't be intimidated by the hotel's exterior. The room was clean and very big, the interior was very nice and comfortable. We checked into this hotel with a Firefly voucher at a very reasonable price. The voucher includes hotel breakfast. For a 3-star hotel, this choice is very correct, so we are symmetrically satisfied. The waiter's service is also very good, our check-in and check-out procedures are very fast. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. One night we decided to try to finish our meal a la carte in the hotel restaurant and we were really amazed by the quality of the meal and the quality of the food. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the food is delicious. We had the best risotto in all of Prague. Recommend everyone to try it.

Stayed at the Praha 5 with my husband and two sons plus their girlfriends (all in their 20s). We were all impressed with the wide comfortable beds, the stylish bathrooms and the friendly service. (I was there on my birthday and they marked it with birthday cake and towel sculptures :-)). The breakfast was tasty too and the hotel was very clean. This area of Prague is a 25 minute walk from the Petrin Tower, but very close to a good shopping area, and eating out around here is relatively cheap.

Lovely courtyard to sit in for breakfast. Mid lunch or evening meal . Small gym for those that want to keep fit . Sauna available 24/7 just ask front desk to switch on . Showers to use before / after sauna . Plenty towels to take in to sauna & sit on . Whole area keep spotless clean . All staff friendly & helpful. Young lad ( with Center parting hair ) Alllways there to help & serve . Reception or in restaurant in morning/ lunch time . Eat in hotel couple of evenings. Food was good & hot . Reasonable price . There is a viewing platform overlooking the old city, close to the watchtower and the castle area. It is easy to get around. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the station and the location is unique. Very worth staying. The most beautiful library is right next to the hotel. The room is clean and tidy, it is recommended to stay!

Staff were very polite and quick to greet us in our native language, we can both speak basic cezch however the staff were more than happy to communicate in English and made us feel very comfortable. Nice historical rooms just below the Fortress. Nice junior suite with fireplace and a nice bathroom. All bathroom supplies were available. Rooms were quiet. Parking is available in a parking garage for 200 CK per day if you park yourself and take a 10min walk through the castle back to the hotel. Would stay there again if I want to be in Prague close to Old Town.

The location was great. The castle/palace was just 10 minute walk up the hill. Down the hill was Charles bridge, which is a pedestrian bridge that connects to old and new Prague. The history of the hotel was great, but if you need space the room we were given won’t work. It was very cramped. Couldn’t stand up on one side of the room. No drawers to store lingerie. On the other hand The bathroom was wonderful. Plenty of hot water and good pressure. Oh we had to hunt for plugs and no USB ports. We’d stay again but ask for a room like the picture🙂

Just returned from a really enjoyable 4 night stay at the Golden Wheel Hotel. Situated on the very picturesque Nerudova Strana in a quiet area of the city, half way up hill (so beware anyone with mobility issues). 10 minute walk to the Charles Bridge and 5 minutes to the Castle.(at the top of the hill). This is a relatively small and wonderfully quaint hotel with not very many rooms. We (2 couples) were in the top floor of the hotel with rooms opposite to each other. Rooms 411 and 412. This was perfect for us. Plenty of storage space in the rooms, large bathrooms. Room 412 had stand alone shower and 411 had a bath with shower over it. A kettle with a selection of teas and coffee available in the rooms. TIP if you are like me and enjoy English black tea then bring your own tea bags and purchase milk in a supermarket. There is a small fridge to store drinks etc. Hairdryer also available along with travel size Shampoo, shower gel, cotton pads/buds and shower caps. Staff in the hotel are very friendly and helpful. We were able to get directions/travel route and purchase our tram tickets from reception. Breakfast was perfect for us. Selection of cereal, fruit, spreads. Croissants, bread/toast, pastries, scrambled egg, frankfurters, cold meats and cheese along with fruit juices and tea/coffee. Lactose free and almond milk were provided by hotel. Breakfast was 8am - 9.30 am. We stayed over St Valentines Day and there were two little loveheart boxes of chocolates left by the hotel in our rooms. Very nice touch♥️ Rooms were very warm but there is an air con system if you need it.
