Sunrise Pearl Hotel & Spa

The Sunrise Pearl is one of the best we have been in. Everything about it is spot on. Starting with the amazing staff, Vera on reception was so friendly and efficient. The staff in the Mistral restaurant were excellent. Special thanks to Maya and Durga who looked after us most of the week and Charlotte the restaurant manager. They always had a smile on their faces. The room was number 826 and had a good sea view. It was a fairly good size and had double sinks in the bathroom as well as a shower and a bath. They were cleaned daily to a good standard. They also checked at night to see if you needed towels etc and left delicious chocolates for you. The fridge is stocked on arrival with water wine beer and juice. Once used the water tea coffee etc will be replenished daily. One of the best things in this hotel is the sun bed allocation for your entire stay. I don’t know why other hotels don’t follow this. You can order drinks or food using a QR code if you don’t want to move.. The food in the buffet restaurant is so good. Plenty of choices with themed evenings. We loved the dine around option. You can choose from Asian, Italian, Greek, Brazilian, Steakhouse and Seafood. There is a 20 euro per person allocated in the seafood. Anything extra you pay the difference. There are a few pools. One is allocated for adults only. We found them to be fairly warm to get into.The sea was colder. There are a few slopes around the hotel which people should consider if they have a mobility problem. Entertainment at night is fairly low key. There is usually a pianist or violinist playing during the evening meal. If I was being super critical I would say that this isn’t necessary as you can’t really appreciate it. I also would have preferred something a little more upbeat for the evening entertainment. We did go next door to the Sunrise beach a couple of nights but wasn’t much better there. The alternative is to go out onto the ***** with tribute acts or loud music. Protaras beach is fantastic with white sand and crystal waters. We went on a boat trip and were lucky enough to see the turtles. Reasonably priced at 30 euros each which included a barbecue lunch and lasted three and a half hours. Buses are so cheap. A trip to Ayia napa took about 20 minutes and cost 3 euros for two people. The bus stop is just to the left when you go out of the hotel. This hotel is amazing and the manger should be proud of all the staff. We will definitely return at some point.

I cannot find a single fault with our stay. Staff excellent, as were the facilities at the hotel. We stayed B&B - and the breakfast catered for all needs. There is no searching for sunbeds round the pool as you are reserved them each day in a location to suit you. We had a deluxe sea view room which didn’t disappoint. I would definitely return again.

Loved this hotel, staff were friendly, rooms were clean. Stayed on a B&B basis and the breakfast was great. Pools were good and the pool service was prompt and enjoyed the free fruit chunks in the afternoon. Location was good on the middle of town so plenty of places to eat and right on the beach

Beautiful hotel! Avraam and Kyriaki are amazing bar staff and a credit to the hotel. The hotel was in beautiful location and I couldn’t find one fault. All the staff are lovely. The buffet food was incredible with a huge choice of different food meeting all dietary needs. I would 100% recommend.

The hotel was immaculate! It is a beautiful hotel, very clean and has amazing views of the beach. In my opinion, this hotel was one of the best looking and in one of the best locations along the beach. The hotel has a lot of facilities including a spa, 6 associated restaurants and 5 pools with access to additional facilities at the sister hotel. The beach has soft sand with many sun beds in front of the hotel. The food quality, range, and volume was fantastic. The staff are very attentive, all were excellent in particular Durga and the food and beverage supervisor. Overall, we had an amazing time and we will definitely be returning.

Had a great time staying here with my 15 year old daughter in the summer. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Food is absolutely amazing, rooms are nice. Hotel is located right on the beach. Couldn't fault it.. Looking forward to going back again in the future.

A lovely hotel with amazing staff who go out of their way to make sure everything goes well on your holiday. Food was excellent and the ability to book dinner at neighbouring restaurants worked really well. Very comfortable beds, linens/ towels changed regularly as required. Well positioned on the beach and close to shops, restaurants and bars. May be there coud be a little more evening entertainment but that is just a personal preference. We Just returned back from a very relaxed holiday at the sunrise pearl I highly recommend this hotel ,the standard of customer service is exceptional with a lovely relaxed atmosphere, they have got the balance of professionalism and friendliness just right on arrival our luggage was taken to the room of the coach by a lovely gentleman,We we’re greeted with glasses of champagne and had sandwiches sent to are rooms without requesting ,the cleanliness is outstanding, the beds are so comfortable and pillows are super soft , I had the best sleep in a long time . As we arrived late I couldn’t see the view , the following morning I awoke at sunrise to the most spectacular view , everyone at this hotel made our stay from the breakfast which was plentiful with an array of delicious selections, the guys making the omelettes . We have stayed in alot of 5 star hotels and I can honestly say there was not one ****** , We are going to book for next year at the same time the same room and I haven’t done that before as we like to go to different places but I can honestly say just got back and feel like I had a proper holiday thank you to everyone , we stayed in room 420 with a sea view , we didn’t do half board but we will the next time as food looked great, very close to shops, bars and restaurants and right on the beach , thank you for a wonderful stay .
