Stayed here for two nights to attend my brother’s graduation ceremony. Very conveniently located right across from the mall and Kennedy Plaza, was very easy to get around the town. The hotel has a rich history and the renovation is done really well, would highly recommend for people to stay for an eventful occasion. Staff were nice but too slow and short staffed. Had to wait long for check-in and check-outs, so plan ahead. Would definitely stay here again if we visit providence in the future.

We had not been informed by either the hotel (or by trip.com) that the during our stay the hotel will have neither heat nor air-conditioner. The weather was hot and humid. The windows could be open for only three inches (we were told this was because of safety issues). The manager was apologetic and helpful but the front desk receptionists were not. Otherwise, the room was incredibly small and could use some updating.

很不錯哦！Biltmore被賣了，現在應該是omin集團的？鑰匙牌都是某某畢業生某天住過這裏，如果有介紹酒店的tour就更好。價格也很便宜，停車費有點貴。

酒店離火車站很近，走路10分鐘之內就到了，去布朗大學也很近，跨過一條河就是羅德島設計學院和布朗大學的校區，酒店門口就是公交車站和地鐵站。酒店很有腔調，拍出來特別漂亮。住的房間和圖片中不一樣，據説是為我們換了一個更大的套間，視野開闊，不過衞生間並不大。下午4點才能入住，可以提供行李寄存。

地址很方便，在downtown，對面小公園有些流浪漢，總體還是安全的。酒店很漂亮，有歷史感，但晚上睡覺有點吵，最後一天淋浴壞了。不提供早餐，沒有廚房，也沒有洗衣服。出門左轉就是Avis，租車很方便。總體還行。

以畢業生為主題的酒店，學生證房卡，有特色。早到寄存行李。房間空間大，有小客廳。位於Provinces 市中心，步行往Macy百貨商場，3樓有中西日食坊。

作為2400元人民幣一晚的房間有非常糟糕的體驗。酒店很老舊（看不出2019裝修過），訂的套房但衞生間極小，蓮蓬頭小浴缸還泛着臭味。服務更奇葩：預訂時就是三人要沙發床，到了房間沙發床沒有鋪，外出時和前台説了回房間居然衹是送來了毯子和枕頭；電話前台説服務員下班了，後來來了個“實習服務生”衹是幫忙把沙發拉開，床是不負責鋪的，我們衹能自己動手，之後發現給的毯子小到根本蓋不到腳。衞生打掃得也一般，枕頭上有碎頭髮，另一個枕套黃黃的。停車33刀在酒店外面，沒有代客泊車。從服務到設施感覺就是個旅館而已。
