Purtroppo non è da me fare recensioni così negative ma ho prenotato due camere dove in entrambe si sono riscontrate più o meno gli stessi problemi, parlo per la mia, non sono riuscito a dormire più di 2 ore, si sentiva rumore di vento esterno, di ospiti che parlavano dalle camere accanto,la mia era vicino all'ascensore e si sentiva il cicalino apertura porte più lo sbattere delle stesse,che solo dalle 3 alle 5 si sono fermati, il televisore non si è acceso perché impossibile con quel telecomando, poi la mattina mi sono dato una spiegazione a tutto quando nel cestino in bagno ho trovato i tappi monouso auricolari, tutto ciò dopo aver fatto 840km per raggiungere San Benedetto.

Last minute decision to travel to San Benedetto for a few days before a family wedding elsewhere. Loved the town. Smeraldo suites was excellent and very clean. Room was like new and clean. I found nothing wrong with this hotel. I didn’t use the pool because I reserved chairs and an umbrella on the beach for each day which I would recommend. Not very many Americans but I felt comfortable and everyone was very welcoming.

Sweet cocktails for the new year!! We have been three days in this fantastic hotel for the end of the year: excellent organization, courtesy, professionalism, excellent food, comfortable rooms, but above all very nice and available staff. Abbiamo soggiornato nell'hotel ed eravamo 4 famiglie di amici con figli. Siamo stati bene. Personale accogliente e disponibile. Cena abbondante e genuina con piatti cucinati in modo semplice e genuino. Buone le torte a colazione. Al mare siamo andati col pulmino reso disponibile come servizio. Non abbiamo visto animazione, ma non ne avevamo bisogno. Il tennis è disponibile anche se il campo è un po' trascurato. Ok la piscina. L'Hotel è molto pulito. Non tutte le camere hanno frigo bar. Il giudizio del gruppo era positivo all'unanimità.

Qualche precedente ospite si è lamentato dell'hotel ”retrò”, ma secondo me è un ”plus”, la camera si apre con una chiave! YEAH! Vi è mai capitato di fare 10 piani ..scoprire che la tessera magnetica non funziona ... E riscendi nella hall e si risale (pure la pressione)... E striscia sulla serratura elettronica ad una ”certa” velocità ... E ristriscia... Magari ci ”scappa”...Ed una volta aperta la porta all'avanguardia trova la fessura ed infila la tessera .. E comincia a litigare con un display ... Coi comandi luci e riscaldamento Etc.etc.. degno da LAUREA DA TURISTA! A me piacciono le cose ”pratiche” e funzionali che in questo hotel Villa Pigna troverete di sicuro, a cominciare dalla prenotazione... Per accelerare le pratiche burocratiche alla partenza saldo SEMPRE quanto dovuto al mio arrivo, convinto di aver scelto bene grazie soprattutto a Tripadvisor. L'hotel è accogliente, ampio parcheggio, la mia camera aveva un balcone (condiviso con altre camere vicine ma ”diviso” con alcune ringhiere) fornito di sedie e tavolo, una TV molto grande, ottimo materasso ed un ampio bagno (con una doccia molto ampia e comoda!) con TUTTO il necessario. La stanza è molto silenziosa e pulita, non abbiamo provato il ristorante. La colazione abbondante e squisita, la sala ampia. Vicino all'hotel segnalo la presenza di un supermercato. A TUTTO il personale va il mio personale ringraziamento, impeccabile ed efficiente. Molto buono il rapporto qualità prezzo.
