Each morning he welcomes me with great smiles and cocktails me with her delicious coffee. I will miss our pleasant conversations made even more beautiful by her stunning accent Sicilian so warm and joyful that to me, I also from the South, makes me feel even more at my home. I think the management deliberately choose 3 over 4 stars hotel. With small ”improvements” it could easily be a 4 star. Hotel is located a couple of minute walking distance from center of the city and parking is free and vast. Nevertheless l would like to mention two things. First the check-in. The only info we got at the check-in was ”the room in on third floor”. And thats it. Never experienced something like this in all my life. Ever. The second is breakfast. The staff is quite friendly and options to choose from at the buffett table are ok. But.. The staff is making so much noise Inside the kitchen talking and joking that you have issues hearing your own thoughts. Quite unconfortable and something to address to.

We arrived in 35 in Udine, including 7 children and 4 adolescents for a wedding and we literally invaded the hotel ..... efficient and effective staff and especially very patient... we were really good... The structure is nice but some design details could create some disturbances (like the glass bath door, if you light and somebody sleeps lights almost the room) But the important thing is that the stay was very pleasant We'll be back .........and it's not a threat 😜

Hotel well located, closed to Udine city. There is a free convenient parking. If you don’t have a car it is not very convenient to reach it. I just stayed one night during business trip. I booked a standard room. Basic amenities but clean. However it was not possible to lift the roller shutter. So not good if you want to spend some times in the room. There is a pool and spa service but I didn’t have time to use it. Breakfast is extra 9€ but good and with both sweet and salty options. Polite and nice receptionists. If you don’t care of pool and spa and you are on business trip maybe other options will be better.

I stayed here three nights during a recent vacation in Italy. While the hotel is a little far from the center, taxis were readily available, and made travel easy. The hotel is well-maintained and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast was especially good and reasonably priced. I don’t believe the hotel has a swimming pool or a fitness room which is a drawback, but it is well located near an excellent restaurant. I would definitely stay here again.
