STAY CLEAR!!!! I saved up and spent £1400 on a holiday for my fiancée and I to celebrate our engagement.. firstly 75mins from airport laughable… 135mins..this after a 10 hr day so far… at the hotel no help with luggage or any direction to room just given key.. a £38 with return of £20 for a safe.. in room it is nothing like the pictures.. no kettle.. no iron.. no smart tv.. literally get bbc news. The food stone cold and hardly any variety.. breaktfast if you like carrots and white cabbage or pork.. good luck.. one coffee machine which had a large que all the time.. cocktails hahahah you mean syrup in a glass from a machine. no fancy fruits etc. no air con but given a good fan. The bathroom had urine over the seat and basin. We visited h10 hotel playa same rating a little more cost but that one is 4 star… this hotel is more a 2 star.. STAY CLEAR!!!! We only been here 12 hours.

Worst hotel ever visited - food was terrible, pool was awful, staff unhelpful, poor bar is like a pop up bar in a garden. Pool is a little larger than a paddling pool but not by much. By far for me and my wife the worst hotel we’ve ever visited. The fact TUI still organise package holidays to this place is beyond me. Save your cash and go elsewhere!! Like who actually has egg and tuna mayonnaise mixed in together? The so called buffet dinner consisted of very very little. Bread left out overnight with only a cloth covering it. I could go on and on, please if you read my review do not book here!

We were moved here at last minute due to selected hotel being unavailable and we are SO happy it happened, one of nicest hotels we have stayed in, food, staff, rooms, cleanliness, choice of AI drinks, can’t think of a single thing that is negative

The hotel was great from check in to check out, spotlessly clean, staff really friendly going out their way to be helpful, waiting & bar staff always smiling and willing to joke along. Food was excellent plenty of choice at lunch & dinner drinks were served to your table, nice touch. Downside Air con was set to 25c due to eco policy and entertainment was geared towards older guests, although Michael Jackson tribute was brilliant.

Excellent location. Staff extremely helpful. No fighting for sun beds around the pool as pool area inaccessible until 10.00am. Very relaxing. Good range of food choices especially for fish lovers. Did not take all inclusive option as drink prices were very reasonable. Would certainly return.

Cliff notes version we came a couple for a 3 night getaway very special as we barely get time for us, and it was ruined: -Beds uncomfortable -No kettle in room -Air con does work -Food reused next day, even had the hash browns from breakfast used for dinner the same day on top of baguettes with tomato and some kind of white sauce. it was absolutely grim. I'd say if you're just looking for a very basic hotel to rest your head this one's for you but don't expect anything else, definitely isn't a 4* hotel and no luxury. Save your money it's not worth it. Thanks for reading

Everything's great.We had a very nice time in a good hotel in a very good location. Lush evening life in the city like in a hotel. Nice and helpful staff. Regarding the reservations without reservations of all participants who are not obliged to respect the approach and evaluation. We would be happy to return there.
