Apartamentos Aloe

We will most definitely be returning to Aloe Apartments. These apartments are spotlessly clean with everything you need for self catering. These are set further back than we have stayed before but we really enjoyed staying in a slightly quieter area. Its about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The pool was clean and always looked inviting day & night. We loved our little courtyard for pre dinner drinks before we heading out for the evening. Shower was powerful and beds were comfy. Supermarket is about 5 min walk away. TV had kiss fm and hits radio. Thanks Aloe, see you again soon! Xx

We are really enjoying our stay at the Aloe apartments. They are in good location a short walk to the main street and beach. The apartments are very clean and the staff very helpful, especially Antonio on reception who helped us with information and queries which was much appreciated.

I stayed here in November 2023 on my own as a female solo traveller as my husband couldn't get the time off. I was visiting the island to meet my friends as I used to work and live in Lanzarote and yet didn't know these apartments existed! This was just a perfect stay for me. The apartments are very peaceful with well maintained and exceptionally clean gardens and public areas. The staff were so friendly and very helpful, especially Antonio, whom I dealt with on a regular basis (especially trying to help each other with our Spanish and English). Nothing was ever too much. I had a first floor apartment which was perfect for me as I like to sit on the balcony and just reminisce with a book or with a nice glass of cava. The pool was very clean and while I was there glass screens were being put up around the area to give that extra bit of privacy in the public areas. The other plus was everyone was respectful of each other and there was no reservations for sun beds with towels that you often find elsewhere and I hope that will continue. The apartment was exceptionally clean with all the utensils and cooking accessories you need including a toaster and microwave. The beds were comfortable and there was sufficient storage for your clothes etc. The maids cleaned to a high standard every 2 days, although towels are only changed once a week but that was no problem at all as at home I don't expect my towels to be changed every day! The apartments are in a quiet residential area with a mini supermarket only a 5 minute walk away. If you want something a little bigger there is a Hiperdino Express just a little further on. You are only a 10 minute walk to the bustling sea front with bars, cafes, shops, restaurants and various types of entertainment. All in all it was an idyllic winter break for me to catch up with my friends in a relaxing environment when I wasn't meeting up with them. I have already booked to return to the apartments with my husband in September and I cannot wait. I am hoping to be in the same apartment as it was perfect! Pleasant stay but wouldn’t return. The grounds were spotless, the pool not so much, lots of bird dropping that we’re never cleaned. It was quiet as the other reviews state and the apartments are dated but clean on arrival. Disappointed that the room was cleaned just once - towels changed just once in a weeks stay.

A perfect stay, peaceful, tranquil + very clean, friendly helpful staff We had a ground floor apartment + overlooked the gleaming pool, where I enjoyed swimming daily..maids cleaned to a high standard every 2 days + there was nothing we needed. Beds were comfortable, we slept well + it was a pleasant 10 minute walk to the bustling sea front with bars, cafes, shops + restaurants + entertainment.. We also had 7 days of blue skies + high temperatures + it was an idyllic winter break + hope to return next year

Lovely very quite clean apartment a little walk up the hill but taxi only 3.50 so quite lovely pool area great if you want a quite relaxing holiday definately would stay here again stopped 2 weeks no complaints

Went to these apartments at the beginning of october, loved it. Apartment was right outside the front door, staff lovely, place very clean nothing was never to much trouble.very nice and chilled , lovely place to just chill and relax.The highlight of the hoilday complex was the pool.

Only missed 5 star as no aircon. Accept that, then enjoy what is a clean, very good value for money apartment. Great pool, all areas cleaned regularly, ask for something like a fan, you get it. Staff very good, and ideally suited for the shops and restaurants.

I recently returned from a month in Aloe Apartments. I went in May for 5 nights and had a lovely few days so rebooked for the month of July as it was quiet and suitable for a working and relaxing holiday. The apartments are spacious, clean and quiet about 10 min uphill walk from the ***** perfect during the day but wouldnt walk the last stretch alone by night. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly esp Maria and Antonio. My main issue with my month stay was the complex next door was being dug up for the durination of July 23 and beyond, the noise levels and dust were extremely bad. I was completely understanding that it was out of their control but the wifi was also not working for the month so made my holiday a bit difficult in terms of working and video calls. Both staff at reception were so nice and escalated my concerns to Lorena who cc'd Esther, Diego or Pedro and promised that they were striving to find a solution. While I understand some things cant be resolved my upset was that out of 4 extremely qualified professionals none of them even bothered to reply and ignored my following emails. A bit hurtful when you've paid for 5 weeks in a complex not even the respect to reply. So while the apartments were nice customer relations like that leave a lot to be desired. I also didnt receive a review link after checking out so it speaks for itself. I cant fault the apartments themselves but theres so much choice in Puerto del Carmen id choose somewhere with better customer service incase you face any problems while away, always nice to feel secure especially as a solo female traveller. All other guests had the support of their rep I booked direct and had nowhere to turn.
