Nice hotel, not far from the beach. Most of the staff was friendly. The breakfast was complete and very good. The pool is not filtered, and so it is not as clean as I would have liked. The internet was very good.

The location is near a supermarket, so it's convenient for shopping. Close to Malecon and bus stop. The breakfast buffet was delicious with all you can eat coffee, orange juice, Mexican food, pancakes, fruit, and bread. There was also a refrigerator on the first floor where you could store food and drinks.
The only improvements were that the Wifi was unstable and the toilet door could not be closed.

Had to change rooms because of traffic noise and room deficiencies. Sewer smell from drains and visible stamina on bed skirts and bathroom door.

The front desk staff and management are very friendly and go the extra mile to accomodate your requests. Third time staying here due to flight delays and everyone was friendly. I will be back.

This property is a little bit older than some but still in great shape. Rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures, I mean exactly. Decent WiFi. All the staff are very friendly and willing to help out with anything you need. The area around the hotel is awesome. Safe to walk. Grocery store across the street. Lots of little "dive" taco shops that are really tasty and super affordable. Close to all the sites in Centro. I stayed here for 4 nights and liked it so much I came back for 3 more nights at the end of my trip.

Great roof top pool; great breakfast included; poor wifi in some of the rooms, had to upgrade; beds are small, bathrooms were average. However, it is located in a great central location.

Place was ok for one night stay.
Very Spanish hotel - check in took 20 minutes (felt like close to an hour) to get someone’s attention - they were all busy sorting through TV remote controls. I guess they have to do this as you are handed 2 remote controls with your key (you have to sign for them) - one for TV and one for AC.
They took copies of our passports - make sure you are comfortable with that.
Room had one lightbulb and bathroom had one lightbulb working - so bring your phone flashlight to look around as room is fairly dark.
Breakfast was ok - not the best - and a little picked over.
