The hotel is nice, comfortable and not expensive, but the food options are terrible. The restaurant offers only a few choices of really bad food. If your going to visit for a few days, you’ll see yourself eating the same things over and over at lunch and dinner time. During our four night visit, they didn’t have any low sugar drinks and run out of gassed water. Fruit juices were not an option at lunch time because they “could only offered them during breakfast”. On top of all of that, the food is quite expensive! Peulla is a very isolated place and your only other option is a pub that serves burgers, fries and ceviche (tasty and inexpensive but you get tired after a couple of days).

Nos hospedamos en este hotel como parte del circuito Cruce de Lagos. El hotel y el lugar es muy bonito, está ubicado en una comunidad por lo cual, cuentan con lo básico. No obstante, el hotel y sus servicios son caros. En nuestra visita el elevador no funcionaba, debimos subir tres pisos con las tremendas maletas. Las habitaciones cuentan con hermosas vistas, pero no con aire acondicionado y en nuestra visita nos tocó 37 grados, así que mucho calor. Si bien figura con internet y conexión a wifi, se nos informó que se había caído la antena, así que desconectados total. Cuentan con un buen restaurante, almuerzo buffet bastante completo, para la lejanía de todo. Cuentan con café de máquina, pero se debe pagar. También tiene un bar, bastante bonito y agradable.

Somente estive algumas horas face passeio mas o restante foi terrível, não tinha suficie funcionários, 30min pars conseguir uma bebida depois de implorar atendimento, no almoco o preco é fixo e sao os funcionários quem definem o quanto suficiente para você, jamais me hospedaria aqui, no máximo o passeio pelas paisagens que são maravilhosas.

Ao fazer o Cruzeiro do Chile a Bariloche há uma parada neste hotel (único diga-se de passagem), no horário de almoço. Só tem opção de buffet, muito caro e comida bem sofrível. Péssima experiência. Não dão outra opção de refeição e/ou outro local.

No passeio de catamaran vindo de Puerto Varas o almoço no hotel foi apresentado como única opção. Comida muiiiito cara para o que oferecem e muito restrita. Nada democrático porque não oferece opções a lacart e vc se obriga a aderir ao bufet. Péssimo!

Estamos acá como parte de u tour de paso, es el único restaurante. La comida de pésima calidad y el precio costosísimo. El precio es fijo, 24.000 para una comida fea y en el caso del salmón muy pequeño, como si fuera una entrada. Muy mala opción.

Solo pasamos por el restaurante pero no nos arrepentimos. La comida estaba exquisita y la atención fue buenísima. Pedimos un pescado con tortellinis que estaba increíble. Además, un cordero con risotto de champiñones que no probé pero olía delicioso. Solo podría quejarme del frío ya que faltaba calefacción en el espacio.

Fuimos Almorzar por un Tour, la recepción fue horrible muy mala atención, no apropiada para un hotel y restaurante de esa categoría, la persona que nos recibió nos atendió muy mal. Es un monopolio, es el único lugar para comer en Peulla. La comida muy mala, totalmente desproporcionado los valores, una cerveza Austral Patagonia pequeña 5700 CLP!!! una locura. El menú un asco, 24.00o CLP precio fijo, mala calidad y poca cantidad. De verdad un asco de lugar

A avaliação é do Restaurante do Hotel Natura em Peulla única opção de almoço do Cruce Andino. O menu oferece apenas 3 opções de entrada, prato principal e sobremesa. Qualidade da comida ruim e valor muito caro, além disso não aceitam cartões de débito como Wise, Nomad etc. Recomendamos almoçar na cafeteira do catamarã ou levar lanche. O atendimento também é ruim.
