The worst hotel I’ve stayed in my life. As a wo*** travelling to other cities this hotel is the worst!! A *** from the ***agement literally used the master key to enter my room which I’ve never seen in my life. Thankfully I was with someone at the time and when reported to the ***agement they were also was so rude and justifying this act even after informing them about our checkout timing at the very start ***** with communication on phone calls. Worst experience and I tell every traveller reading this to never opt in this place with a wo*** because the ***agment has no boundaries ans sense of respect or privacy.

Really enjoyed our stay in this hotel, Atish on reception was very kind and helpful, houskeeping service was bit delayed otherwise everything was great will highly recommend to everyone who is looking for best hotel in affordable rate

It was the wonderful stay , if you are looking for great hospitality and clean environment It was my first stay near passport office and it was good location if you want all things you required for official visit, all things are available near this hotel Great experience

The worst hotel I have ever stayed, please do not waste your money on this hotel. The 1 star I have given is just for the staff......that is the only good thing here. The rooms are spacious but nothing is working here, neither the AC, nor the TV or the plugs or the Internet. The bathroom sucks with the sink always getting clogged. They do not have extra bed, only provide extra mattress and you do not want to see those dirty, smelly, torn mattresses. I feel pity for the staff working here as they are on receiving end for no fault of theirs, whereas the ***agement are not bothered at all.

The accommodation was too good and the food service was excellent with tastey dishes. I recommend everyone to atleast try once being here in ginger , very friendly feels like being in a family, especially MR. Rajkaran helped and took good care of us .
