The hotel is in the centre of Puning. The hotel room is spacious and clean but the hotel is kinda old and staff there are not well-trained even smoked during working on duty that was totally unexpected.

The room is okay but the price is on the high side. What is particularly annoying is the TV channels: there are just a bunch of messy channels, and there is no Dragon TV or Shandong TV!

The service attitude at the front desk is very bad. The hotel is old and not clean. The breakfast is worse than that of a three-star hotel. The room area is larger. It can barely be rated as a three-star hotel. The service staff and managers at the front desk are so arrogant😂

I stayed here once five years ago and had a very good impression.
But when I came back five years later, the facilities were old and the lights were dim. There is not even a hot shower, the water is more than 30 degrees Celsius, and the weather is 7 to 8 degrees Celsius. I called for treatment and said that they can't handle it...such service facilities at such a high price.

我們共訂了2晚2间豪華單人房及2间豪華双人房，4间房間空調都有问題，第一晚入住房間空調只有一点兒風，但並不是冷風，搖控顯示器不能調較温度的，房間顯示28度，非常局熱。之後我們跟前台說明空調问題，前台找人到房間修理，说空調只是中央的，最后房間也算涼了些。第二晚空調又沒有了，今次他們说是中央冷氣出現故障，須要搶救。最后他們拿了把風扇給我們。😡😡這麼大间洒店，真估不到設施是這樣，價錢又不是便宜，我們退房時前台連詢問情況都沒有更何況是一句道歉，這酒店是差得很，不值得推介。
